Since 2007, I have dedicated my life to researching, building, and implementing processes for triple-digit growth in B2B startups. I focused on consulting and fractional executive work to have a laboratory for testing strategies across 242 clients. 

In that time, I have been fortunate to work with the fastest growing unicorn startups in the world. I databased insights, analyzed processes and team behavior, and started enough cross functional growth teams from scratch to know how to help them skip the steep learning curve.

Driving the roadmap and strategy across the Gong site and subdomains. Manages budget, resourcing, and a team of designers, developers, and agencies. Focus areas include web strategy, conversion rate optimization, site personalization, search engine optimization, content strategy, and digital marketing. 

Core responsibilities: 
• Develop and execute web strategy and roadmap to support overarching business goals.
• Lead experimentation across site to improve conversion rates and pipe-to-spend ratio
• Craft personalization and messaging strategies for ideal customer profiles 
• Manage and build full-funnel reports across all organic channels
• Expand go-to-market strategy with site expansion across international territories 
• Gather stakeholder requirements to perform business evaluations for new technology implementation

Key accomplishments:
• Site migration that merged several subdomains into one primary gong.io domain; site has a standardized design system, reusable blocks, global forms, and a self-serve experience for campaign and content managers.
• GAU to GA4 migration and buildout of custom reports for cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs.
• Buildout of over 100+ experiments across our site in the last year, which has increased engagement and conversion rates across core site pages by 4x and 2x, respectively.
• Launched first global Gong site and implementation of TMS to streamline translation workflows.
