Since 2007, I have dedicated my life to researching, building, and implementing processes for triple-digit growth in B2B startups. I focused on consulting and fractional executive work to have a laboratory for testing strategies across 242 clients. 

In that time, I have been fortunate to work with the fastest growing unicorn startups in the world. I databased insights, analyzed processes and team behavior, and started enough cross functional growth teams from scratch to know how to help them skip the steep learning curve.

Awarded Air Force Commendation Medal for filling in as Duty Oﬃcer during the 82nd Airborne Immediate Response Force tasking. Managed the movement of forces and cargo into Iraq in response to the Iranian attacks on Al Asad Air Base and Camp Taji, Iraq. Key team member in the Air Mobility Division, assisting with coordinating and executing the largest non-combatant evacuation operation in history in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Led project planning by creating timelines, identifying risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and assisting team leads with prioritization and change management. Developed a knowledge library of standard operating procedures (SOPs), business documentation, and project templates for eﬃcient and consistent project processes.
