‘Platform as a Service’ (PaaS) (SaaS) - Cloud-Based Mobile Communication Targeting Engine that anonymously connects a highly targeted buyer to a seller at the optimal buying moment using a proprietary process and mechanism, while also protecting consumer identity. All in a scalable, self-service, easy to use platform.  

•	Developed & negotiated strategic partnerships with mobile carriers’ & telecom providers to drive connectivity, user growth and accelerate product feature implementation. 
•	Grew registration base by 250%; mainly through marketing partnerships and co-branding programs with traditional media companies. Utilizing a ‘White-Label’ strategy with same companies to now scale leveraging their install base. 
•	Managed initial product development cycle and development team to build initial SaaS/ PaaS platform & feature upgrades; took to market ‘Beta’, then second & third phase product launch; still ongoing – growing market share and customer acquisition by a combined 150% since initial product launch.
•	Created & implemented a ‘360’ marketing plan to drive registrations & all materials to attract partner & investor interest – pre & post launch time period
• Worked with Attorneys to help draft & develop patent application documents and win patent approval throughout the entire 3-year process. Three (3) Patents issued in total  by the U.S Patent office .

I effectively negotiated complex pricing & terms with various partners', and refined compliance and privacy issues around new product launch. Developed strategy and initiated a business development outreach that focused on an average run-rate of $100K/ month, in conjunction with building new revenue products to support new channel growth in excess of $5 Million/ ARR.

I held various Business Development & Product Development roles during my six + years at the company, developing strategic partnerships with C-Level executives and decision makers. Specifically, I helped navigate the development and launch of several high-growth initiatives, including, List Management, Taglines, Affiliate, Display [ which included the expansion into Australia, UK and Europe as Media Run, a UK based company we acquired ], all-in, these channels collectively grew by 500+% in five-plus years. Developed & managed large-scale enterprise technology partnerships with Fortune 500 Pharma companies with mission-critical application development solutions. I also created & led a product team that managed company's B2B portal site for physicians  - the first healthcare industry specific 'Social Media'​ platform, "Physicians Online" , where physicians and healthcare providers could interact and discuss medical cases and provide feedback in real time. The site was fully sponsored by big-pharma companies I developed relationships with & secured sponsorship dollars from their marketing/ brand personnel.

** Company was majority owned by Private Equity Investor, Bennett Lebow of Ladenburg & Thalmann / The Vector Group, and was acquired by 411 Web for the technology & patents. 

One of the very first 'Local - City Specific ' User-Generated Content platforms where consumers received information about their local community and contributed content to the site. My role included creating several media and technology partnerships, which included companies such as; Logitech, Sinclair Broadcasting, Weather Channel, AOL, and over 300 content providers. The company sales and revenues grew by over 250% during my tenor and raised in excess of $10 million in PE & VC funding, and had over 120 FT employees.

South Florida Magazine was owned by parent company Micromedia , Inc. that owned several 'City-Lifestyle' magazine's in the USA; including award winning, New Jersey Monthly. 

South Florida Magazine became Miami Metro Magazine  in Jan 1997; The go-to monthly resource for South Florida lifestyle, business, entertainment and travel for over 25 years. Miami Metro Magazine won Florida 'Magazine of the Year' two years in a row in its first & second year after launch under my tenure ( which had never been done by before ). The company also published several additional magazine titles, including; Home & Decor, Bridal Publication, Annual Miami Business Directory for The Beacon Council, Quince Magazine, and a 'Legal & Physician Directory' - "Top Providers" semi-annual publication.

I worked for ENCORE Publishing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pace Entertainment Corp., the largest producer of touring Broadway shows in the US; acquired by SFX & then Clear Channel;  Encore Magazine was acquired in 1994 by Playbill Publishing in NYC. 

During my tenure, the company grew by 400% in 4 years, increased distribution to 33 cities in the US, and was sold for a 10X return to shareholders.

I was responsible for all National Advertising Sales & managed a staff of (8) sales reps in New York, Chicago, LA, Detroit & Dallas. Company grew by 400% in 4 years,  which eventually led to the sale of the company to a leading competitor, Playbill, in NYC.

Fifteen+ year veteran of B2B & B2C traditional media, digital content monetization, and Adtech/ Martech (SaaS) platforms - creating and developing successful marketing, product partnerships and alliances working with senior-level decision makers at small and large media and technology companies. Experience includes developing new revenue channels and opportunities during high-growth periods, and working with Internal/ External stakeholders to ensure pre & post sale implementation success and scale. Deals have generated sustainable revenues up to $80Million within the first six (6) months from launch.
