🗺Die Customer Journey ist nicht linear. War sie nie, wird sie nie sein. Menschen bewegen sich frei, springen zwischen Plattformen, vergleichen, vergessen, kommen zurück. Jeder Versuch, daraus eine perfekte Linie zu zeichnen, ist ein Irrtum aus Wunschdenken.

🚦Funnel sind ein Modell. Ein Werkzeug zur Reduktion dieser Komplexität. Kein Abbild der Realität, sondern eine Orientierungshilfe. Sie zeigen dir grob, wann welche Art von Kommunikation sinnvoll sein könnte. Mehr nicht.

📰Attribution ist Werkzeug! 
Sie misst nicht "die Wahrheit“, sondern zeigt, welcher Touchpoint im gesamten Gewusel welchen Anteil an der späteren Entscheidung hatte. Keine Magie. Keine Kristallkugel. Ein statistisches Hilfsmittel, das unter Unsicherheit arbeitet.

😢Keins dieser Elemente steht für sich. Customer Journey, Funnel, Attribution. Nichts davon reicht allein, um echte Entscheidungen zu treffen. Aber in Summe liefern sie ein Bild, das du sonst gar nicht hättest.

💪Die Kraft entsteht im Zusammenspiel Diese Modelle, plus weitere Bausteine wie Experimente, Marketing-Mix-Modelle, qualitative Insights und Marktverständnis, bilden die Basis jeder guten Marketing- und Werbestrategie. 
Nicht perfekt. 
Aber besser als blind zu sein.

Wir überschätzen unsere Fähigkeit, die Zukunft vorherzusagen, und unterschätzen die Macht des Zufalls, des Marktes 

Monte-Carlo-Simulationen ändern das Spiel. Sie bringen Unsicherheit dorthin, wo sie hingehört: in die Planung.

Statt zu sagen
 "Wir erwarten 2 Mio € Umsatz",
sagen wir
"Mit 70 % Wahrscheinlichkeit liegen wir zwischen 1,6 M € und 2,3 M €."

Das ist kein Glücksspiel.

Das ist wahrscheinlichkeitsbasiertes Management.

Weniger Hoffnung, mehr Realität.

Ja! ehrlich das freut mich ungemein - weil es die Hoffnung weckt, dass wir vielleicht, ganz ganz ganz vielleicht es mit etwas mehr Reflektion und weniger FOMO zu tun haben nun...

Ja (Gen) AI ist nützlich, aber eben nur in bestimmten Szenarien...

So nun Back2Work
