En France, dès qu’une start-up se plante, on sort les titres pute à click et on fait la leçon.

Je vais le dire franchement : en France, t’as pas le droit de rater.

Chaque fois qu’une start-up tombe, on sort les cocktail Molotov. On se moque. On écrit des articles pour récolter quelques clics. 

Et surtout, on oublie un truc simple : monter une boîte, ça a plus de chance de rater que de réussir. C’est la règle du jeu.

Ynsect vient de se faire défoncer dans la presse. Comme Luko avant. Comme d’autres avant eux. Et ça recommence à chaque fois.
On juge, on rigole, on joue les génies du business.

Mais personne ne voit la réalité : si tu veux des gens qui prennent des risques, il faut accepter que ça se casse la gueule.

Ce climat détruit la motivation de milliers de futurs fondateurs.
Tu lèves des fonds ? On t’attend au tournant.
Tu lèves de l’argent public ? On te soupçonne.
Tu rates ? On te colle une étiquette pour dix ans.

Et plus ça va, plus je me dis que c’est ça, la vraie limite. Pas le capital, pas le talent, pas le marché.

La limite, c’est la façon dont la France traite l’échec.

On ne construit pas un écosystème solide en applaudissant que les “success stories”.
On le construit surtout en relevant ceux qui se sont plantés pour qu’ils reviennent plus forts la deuxième, la troisième ou la quatrième fois.

Aujourd’hui, tout le monde a un avis sur Ynsect.

Moi, j’ai juste du respect.
Pour les fondateurs.
Pour l’ambition.
Pour l’audace.
Et pour le courage de tenter des trucs que personne n’oserait en restant derrière un écran.

Quand je lance Mobile-First, je suis seul. Pas d’application. Pas d’équipe. Aucun chiffre à montrer. 
Juste une certitude: a l’aire de l’IA, le smartphone devient l’outil de travail le plus utilisé.

Antoine comprend ce shift en quelques minutes. Il a vécu l’opérationnel chez Dataiku et FlixBus. Il connaît la réalité du terrain. 
Il vient tout juste d’investir dans Mistral, l’un des deals les plus observés en Europe en ce moment. 
Il a une lecture très claire de ce qui arrive dans le SaaS et dans l’IA.

On se connaît depuis dix ans. 

Je lui montre une page Notion. 
Je décris un marché énorme, saturé d’outils trop lents, pensés pour l’ordinateur. 
Une génération entière gère déjà sa vie depuis son téléphone, elle veut faire pareil avec son entreprise.

Partner meeting avec Lightspeed. 
Je raconte notre plan. Je ferme mon ordi. Je me demande si j’ai assez montré.

Message d’Antoine. Il m’appelle. Il dit que c’est bon et qu’ils y vont.

3M€ en 4 jours. Sans produit. Sans client. Avec une vision forte.

Depuis, nos discussions m’obligent à viser plus loin, à avancer plus vite, à attaquer des marchés plus ambitieux dès maintenant. Il voit ce que beaucoup verront trop tard.

Antoine fait partie de ces personnes qui donnent de la vitesse quand tu n’as encore rien pour prouver que tu vas gagner.

Je parle souvent de mon équipe. 
Aujourd’hui, je voulais parler de celui qui a déclenché l’histoire.

J’habite à Miami depuis 3 mois. Voici mes 5 pour et mes 5 contre par rapport à Paris

Les plus ++
• La sécurité. Je n’avais jamais vécu ça. La police circule partout, les femmes marchent seules la nuit, les gens sortent leurs bijoux sans stress.
 • Les arbres et la nature. Je ne savais pas que Miami était aussi verte. Des parcs partout, des palmiers qui longent les routes, une vraie respiration.
 • Les appartements. Tout est récent, grand, lumineux, bien équipé, salle de sport, jacuzzi, spa, réception des colis 24h. Le condo change le quotidien.
 • La météo. 25 degrés l’hiver, du vent, un climat doux. Juin et juillet sont plus lourds, et cette année pas d’ouragan.
 • Le côté sportif. Je cours comme jamais, Venetian Islands, Key Biscayne, les terrains de padel libres, le kitesurf à 15 minutes en Uber. C’est simple de s’y mettre.

Les moins 👎
• Il faut une voiture pour tout. La ville est immense, les parkings sont nombreux, mais les prix piquent, parfois 20 dollars l’heure.
 • Les supermarchés et les restos coûtent très cher. Dix dollars la douzaine d’œufs, un dîner pour deux commence à 150 dollars. Manger sain et bien demande un vrai budget.
 • Tu rencontres des gens facilement, mais créer des liens solides prend plus de temps. 
 • L’écosystème startup est minuscule. Je pense qu’il y a moins de 40 boîtes qui ont levé cette année.
 • Les restos sont bons, mais le ticket final calme vite. En France tu as plus de convivialité en gardant un budget raisonnable, et ici le service peut vite partir dans l’excès.
 • Les prix affichés ne veulent rien dire. Entre les tips et les taxes, tu dois presque deviner le montant final.

Franchement, les “moins” sont rares.
Le plus fou, c’est mon niveau d’ambition qui a explosé. Vivre dans un endroit où les réussites sont visibles te pousse vers le haut. Miami, la capitale des hustlers.

Sébastien Couasnon a décidé de rendre public notre mémo de levée de fonds.
C’est sans doute le podcast le plus dense que j’ai enregistré.

Quand Seb débarque (avec son sac a dos et ses micros), il ne fait pas semblant. Pas de questions complaisantes, pas de langue de bois. 

Pendant 45 minutes, on a tout mis sur la table :
- Pourquoi je suis parti vivre aux US (la vraie version).
- La gestion des crises et des mises en demeure.
- La stratégie derrière l'histoire de Mobile-First.

C'est brut, c'est intense, et c'est bourré d'apprentissages pour n'importe quel entrepreneur.

J’ai un aveu, j’adore quand une idée débile du matin finit en site web le soir.

Pour annoncer la levée, on voulait un site un peu rétro, un clin d’œil à nos concurrents, et surtout un terrain de jeu pour s’éclater en design et en dev sur Framer.

Je vous remets le site en commentaire, je pense que beaucoup l’ont pas vu passer.

C’est ce que mon post a généré pour un SaaS.

Et honnêtement… j’étais le premier à ne pas croire au modèle. 
Je pensais que ça abîmerait la crédibilité. 
Et que ça ne tiendrait pas face aux Ads.

Mais en 2025 : 
Les Ads explosent. 
L’outbound s’épuise. 
Le SEO ralentit.

La marque a donc changé de GTM. 
Ils sont passés au Creator-Led Growth (CLG).

Le CLG en 3 étapes :
1️⃣ Activer des créateurs crédibles suivis par leur ICP 
2️⃣ Scaler tout en contrôlant le CPL les meilleurs posts avec des Thought Leader Ads 
3️⃣ Automatiser le warm outbound sur chaque engagement ICP

Les résultats (réels) de mon post :
⚡ 45 000 impressions 
⚡ 674 clics 
⚡ 12 leads 
⚡ CTR : 1,50 % 
⚡ CPC : 0,89 € 
⚡ CPL : 50 €

En 2025, c’est quasiment impossible à atteindre avec du paid traditionnel.

La réalité :
Le CLG, ce n’est pas “faire un post avec un créateur”. 
C’est un système. 
Et si tu l’exécutes mal, ça ne marche pas.

Si tu l’exécutes bien → c’est indécent.

Ils n’ont pas fait ça en interne, ils sont passés par l’agence utilisée par +70 SaaS pour exécuter du Creator-Led Growth propre, scalable, et orienté pipeline. L’une des rares à avoir optimisé ce modèle sur 2 000+ posts sponsorisés.

Love seeing the ABM community showing up with content that’s both valuable and fun. I’ve probably missed a bunch of great folks here – but this is what stood out on my 2025 feed.

One of the biggest points of friction between sales and marketing in ABM comes down to this:

→ Sales works in deal timelines – days, sometimes hours.

→ Marketing works in campaign timelines – weeks, even months.

And this difference creates resistance.

Because when tools or processes slow down sales velocity, they rarely get adopted (even if they’re strategically sound or beautifully built).

And I get it.

Marketing teams need space to operate – to think, to create, to design experiences that are relevant, on-brand, and engaging.

That kind of work can’t be rushed.

But sales teams don’t have time to wait: they need resources that drive conversations today, not next quarter.

It’s a classic misalignment:

+ Marketing wants to build something meaningful.

+ Sales wants to close something fast.

And if we don’t bridge that gap, ABM never really gets off the ground.

That’s a big part of why I’m excited about what we’re building at Userled.

10 years ago, you needed an agency or in-house team to produce high-quality branded content.

"I've seen your ads... it just wasn't the right time."

That one sentence says a lot.

If you work in mid-market and enterprise, you know how much is hiding inside it:

– long sales cycles that unfold quietly
– buying committees you’ll never fully see
– the need to build brand just to stay in the room
– trust that often gets built in person, not online

You don’t see most of it in your CRM, but it’s still happening.

While people debate attribution models, the real work is happening in between the numbers.

That one event someone remembered.
That LinkedIn post someone forwarded internally.

I 200% disagree with the claim that ABM can’t scale.

If someone says that, they’re likely not operating in a fast-moving, ambitious environment. Or worse, they’re mistaking scale for spam.

To scale ABM the right way, you need 3 things:

1. Purpose, clarity, and vision

You’re not targeting random accounts. You’re going after them for a reason – and every play, every touchpoint should ladder back to that reason.

2. Smart people, tech-enabled

Scaling ABM isn’t about replacing people with tools. It’s about amplifying their thinking and freeing them from the repetitive work.

3. AI with humans in the loop

We’re past the point of pretending AI is optional. But the real unlock isn’t "one-click ABM". That doesn’t exist. The real power is in AI-supported teams who know how to orchestrate relevance, at speed.

If your ABM motion takes months to activate, you’ve missed the moment.

Today’s best teams are moving with urgency and relevance – at scale.

That’s what "ABM at the speed of now" really looks like.

The best salespeople I have worked with do these 3 things:

1. They go the extra mile (or what should actually be the standard) by showing prospects they care. Think Loom videos, spontaneous and valuable follow-up, human touchpoints (social reactions, voice note, etc).

2. They work closely with marketing to understand what content matters to their audience so they’re seen as a trusted, educated partner.

3. They stay on top of account insights and engagement to act at the right time – ensuring the highest likelihood of starting or re-starting conversations.

1. The one that will never change (or neander-sales)

↳ They still have one hand on the landline.

↳ They still call the wrong numbers.

↳ They still follow up with a template they made in 2016.

They think marketing is just there for “branding”, rather than something that could help them stand out to buyers.


2. The one that wants to do better, but doesn’t have the setup (or the stuck modernist)

↳ They’re trying stuff.

↳ They send Looms and follow up when they see email activity.

↳ They ping marketing for content to share – but ultimately end up waiting, digging through folders, or giving up.

They’ve got taste, but they just can’t scale it or track it.


3. The one who leans into what’s working now (or neo-sales)

↳ They’re posting 2–3x/week. This includes their own stuff – short takes, learnings, little wins.

↳ They attend invite-only events, lowkey dinners, niche webinars.

↳ They don’t just follow up – they find ways to re-engage audiences with something new.

↳ They work with marketing, product, and CS.

They’re not just handing things off, they’re actually building them.


Now, the first one’s probably not reading this.

The second one is closer than they think to becoming the third.
