Faculty Educator

•	Developed and implemented a quantitative curriculum evaluation process using descriptive statistics, enhancing training material from a taxonomic level of "Remember" to "Apply," resulting in a dramatic enhancement of the learning outcomes and critical thinking skills.
•	Led a team of 5 instructional designers and 8 eLearning developers on a $5 million U.S. Army ROTC curriculum redevelopment contract, overhauling 288 hours of synchronous college material and 20 hours of eLearning, now used by over 30,000 college students nationwide.
•	Administered an annual $1.2 million operational budget, which included eLearning development and employee wrap rates, keeping expenditures consistently low and enabling bonus payouts and overall turnover reductions.
•	Implemented a process improvement model by introducing a new step of capturing data from approved lessons and then populating it into a DoD database, saving the client $700k.
