👨  WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: 
I am passionate about property and helping people. Being a full-time property investor gives me the opportunity to do both.

With 8 years of hospitality and a further 12 years of finance experience as a qualified accountant, I have developed both customer services and strong analytical skills. I have worked for several blue-chip companies as part of the finance team with profitability being my main focus which included being the finance lead on projects with a multi-million-pound impact on business performance.

Recently, to increase cash flow, I have chosen to specialise in HMOs and R2R HMOs where I now have a growing portfolio of properties. I own and control assets well in excess of £1m which generate regular cash flow that allows me to focus on new and exciting property projects and helping others to achieve their dream of financial independence through property.
