Through his background as a Masters in Biomedical Engineering he endeavors to find optimal and efficient systems to maximize human performance.

He has pursued his journey in personal development more than 7 years, specializing in human behavior psychology, is trained as a Demartini Facilitator and currently completing his Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching through SACAP.

• Installation, support and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2008,2012,2016,2019 and Server Core. 
• Installation, support and troubleshooting of Windows based server hardware. 
• Active directory maintenance and support including application of group policies and general directory maintenance. Automate multiple environments utilizing automation solutions such as PowerShell, System Centre Configuration. 
• Day to day maintenance and support of MS Exchange and Windows Servers, Active Directory and DNS. 
• Windows Server monthly patch deployment with IVANTI Security Controls 
• Setup, maintain and support the VMware ESX/Hyper-V environment 
• Adhere to strict change control and project management procedures 
• Provide support for and interact with the IT Ops teams to continuously enhance the environment. 
• Responsible for documentation of processes and procedures within the IT Infrastructure operations environment. 
• Assist with Migration to Cloud AWS and Azure 
• Regular Disaster Recovery testing and failover simulation
