During my time with the company, I successfully doubled the number of key accounts in my territory, penetrated the #1 and #2 target companies in my region, set a record for the quickest deal closed by a new employee, and helped develop an onboarding program for the sales organization.

As an Account Executive with Xcentric, I was responsible for growing and deepening relationships with our existing customer base while also developing new business opportunities. I improved sales in a chronically underperforming territory to 144% of plan within my first quarter and was promoted to manage a second  territory as well. Industries I partnered with included aerospace, medical, consumer products, automotive and design firms.

Safe Step Inc

Safe Step is a leader in the hospitality industry, servicing top hotel brands including Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott and Carlson. During my time with the company, I was responsible for generating new business in a previously underserved territory, while leading a team of project managers and account reps. I started with a territory at less than 50% of plan and transformed it to over 105% of plan by the end of my first year. Below are a few of my key accomplishments with this company:

-Top company sales person in 2018 and 2019, as well as Q1 2020
-Increased sales 60% above previous levels
-Transformed the West Region into the most profitable within the company
-Highest company revenue from new products
-Average quota attainment of 107%

CLEVER matches brands with the right influencers to reach millions of the right consumers. As a Sales Director, I was instrumental in growing our client base within key accounts across the country. I increased individual account investments year over year and improved client retention rate to over 95%. I also managed a small team of individuals who were responsible for inside sales and email marketing efforts, which resulted in increased revenue for our company through multiple channels.

For more than 20 years, Delphi Technology has been the recognized leader in providing business software solutions to the healthcare professional liability industry. During my time with the company, I had complete ownership and responsibility over all inside sales efforts. I was responsible for the successful penetration of over 75 key accounts that were previously unable to be reached. I also set a record number of new appointments for our VP of Sales to call on, which resulted in nearly $1M of new contracted business.
