- Department Continuing Medical Education (CME) representative – executed 45 training activities annually, submitted weekly Grand Rounds attendance and annual CME report. Managed approval for Optometry Continuing Education activities and assist faculty with individual CME concerns.
- Managed all medical student rotations and activities.  Increased student participation in elective courses and quarterly Student Interest Group meetings.
- Supported faculty by making travel arrangements, processing reimbursement requests, and maintaining eCV. 
- Communicated with many levels of staff and management throughout university and affiliated hospitals.
- Coordinated Training Program application and interview processes – processed 45+ applications, handled logistics for 4 interview days and resolved issues occurring on interview days.

Academic Programs Coordinator - Ophthalmology Department

- Managed daily activities for the Psychiatry residency program of 60 residents ensuring compliance with national program standards.
•	Organized weekly Grand Rounds, 20+ residency interview days, and graduation ceremony – directed logistics and staff ensuring each event was within the budget.
- Onboarded 10 residents annually – ensuring residents are credentialed at all facilities.

Academic Programs Coordinator - Psychiatry Department

- Course coordinator for Psychiatry – prepared all course materials for 230 students, proctored exams, and assisted medical students with concerns related to the course.
- Coordinated and facilitated logistics for 36 small groups led by 25+ volunteers in 6 different facilities over 12 weeks.
- Provide high level administrative support to Director of Medical Service.
