I've been in talk therapy for almost all of my adult life.

And then six years ago...I became a mom.

And *whoa* did my story, traumas, and triggers show up in a whole new way.

Because I was determined for my story to not be their story.

More like, my good friend called me and said: "Katelyn! THIS. This is what you've been looking for!"

And so I immediately booked a session.

And my life was changed. 
My family's life was changed.

For the first time, I experienced healing at an emotional, physical *and* spiritual level.
And I began to feel peace in my life (and especially my parenting!) that hadn't been there before.

And for the last few months behind the scenes I've been getting trained in this healing modality so that I could be a part of helping others experience the same thing.

Splankna is rooted in the concept of “the body keeps the score,” meaning that every moment we experience is stored in our body at the frequency level (much like a hard drive). 

Using an integration of treatment techniques that include Thought Field Therapy, Neuro-Emotional Technique, Emotional Freedom Technique, and E.M.D.R. (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) along with addressing the spiritual roots, we're able to release these frequencies and essentially erase our triggers.
