My professional story began with music and a passion for understanding how things work. My engineering background instilled in me a love for process optimization and a keen eye for efficiency. However, I quickly discovered that the most rewarding “builds” weren't just machines, but high-performing revenue engines.

I leveraged my music experience to work in Sales. In Telecom, I was able to explore both manufacturer and service provider sides, which broadened my cross-functional process overview and relationship skills.

Through partnerships, I was invited to expand service contracts and support, driving sales growth through integrators and service providers in Latin America.

Following a successful acquisition of Acme Packet by Oracle, further technology shifts and market trends connected Telecom to Cloud and Automation. I could transition from service provider infrastructure hardware to API Gateway and other software-as-a-service solutions.

Unlocking opportunities via Partnerships, I grew AWS and Azure multi-cloud revenue and onboarded new partners like Google Cloud, GCP. In Marketing, I identified high-value Cloud and Data Center leads, generating recurring revenue.

In Professional Services and Service Delivery, I generated recurring revenue through strategic channel partnerships across North America, including Xerox and Ricoh. Furthermore, I led my teams to increase SaaS activation and reduce delivery time through effective leadership and process improvements.

Expanding my cross-functional leadership, I restructured Revenue Operations, optimizing services, pricing, and project management, leading to increases in digital transformation project margins and revenue growth through improved billing practices. I also led presales and influenced sales teams to secure more bookings through strategic partnerships and effective team management.
