Lead the Adobe Digital Learning Services (ADLS) team in providing relevant and impactful customer training in a timely manner through global facilitation of key communications. Strategically review all aspects of a curriculum portfolio of 85+ instructor-led titles and 765+ on-demand assets across 14 different application products, along with their roadmaps. Analyze the quarterly curriculum development initiatives and account for changes taking place in the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products. Bridge the gap of communication and collaboration across several regional business units. Propose changes to the curriculum strategy in an effort to improve the business. Consistently involved with defining and clarifying product launch readiness deliverables, learner personas, and learning paths, along with checklists required to inform other enablement teams at Adobe.

Aide in the development of innovative learning products for customers and internl curriculum developers. Research the use of gamification, asynchronous/synchronous technology tools, and empathy mapping to inspire new product ideas. Develop and distribute an internal team recognition program to encourage skills training, collaboration, and professional development. Create and launch customer surveys or interviews. Collect and analyze customer data to help determine real-world customer roles, by Adobe product, in an effort to build project and task-based curriculum.

Act as a Curriculum Development Lead in developing educational digital marketing content for on-demand courses hosted in our learning management system, Adobe Captivate Prime.
