When eBay Enterprise was divested from eBay, I decided to stay and finish the fascinating work of marketing transformation at eBay Marketplaces, my client at eBay Enterprise. I was fortunate to connect with Caiman Consulting, a team of folks I'd worked alongside through my eBay Enterprise work. I was hired to lead a team of 20 Bay Area consultants to develop and deliver digital marketing strategies, platforms, and, programs for eBay and Facebook marketing organizations. 

eBay: Defined and implemented cross-functional social media operations including emerging social channels to continually evolve and optimize channel functions and performance. Team partnered with leading social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat to test new avenues for ROI-driving social engagement and commerce. Led the design and development of one of the industry's first mass influencer marketing programs and platforms to drive scale and leverage from the growing pool of social media influencers. 

Facebook: Built a culture of effectiveness for product marketing organization in order to launch new products such as Facebook Search, and Marketplaces, and operationalize integrated functions across a global organization.

eBay Enterprise

Led global strategy team developing high performance eCommerce and retail engagement strategies for eBay’s F1000 clients. Applied Design Thinking, big-data, and customer journey mapping to create omni-channel strategies to help retail brands create leverage across their entire brand experience. 
•Developed a digital vision and 5-year roadmap for Ahold's consumer experience across all banner grocery stores including key strategies and KPIs for each channel as well as across channels.
•Developed a comprehensive re-design of the Stubhub user experience that is now driving the site's transition from a purely transactional experience to a more end-to-end entertainment experience. 
•Led CRM strategy for eBay that drove more than $450M in annual bottom-line growth through mobile-first strategies, and leveraging key eCommerce behaviors to drive engagement of consumers in other channels such as email, social, and display. 
•Drove132% lift in KateSpade.com site traffic in 2015 by connecting best-in-class site features with search and social media strategy. KSNY is now #140 on Digital IQs list of genius brands.

Delivered the highest revenue in the history of the company in Q4 '08.

Promoted to lead the CRM agency relationship for the Microsoft US Subsidiary with a P&L of $25MM in fee and $100MM media. Responsible for a team of 120 accountable for Microsoft US revenue targets across all market segments and five lines of business. Drove significant results for Microsoft including $500K in fee savings through campaign consolidation; 125% increase in CPEA scores, and 25% increase in lead yield through optimized search, digital, and new media techniques.

Promoted to build the planning and analysis capability to support McCann World group clients with a team of 30 planners, analysts, and data specialists. Created product portfolio and service offerings that delivered $8MM in incremental fee revenue in the first year. Won Microsoft analytics global business of $60MM annual fee.

Hired to help drive Microsoft's global transition from traditional marketing to digital powerhouse, one of the first major marketing operation transitions of our time.
