My role at Satmetrix was Customer Success Director , responsible for client retention and growth (ARR + NRR). I was employee #24 in EMEA, and became an integral part of the team that launched NPS across Europe.

✔ Delivered 18% average annual growth from existing client base (combination of software and services)
