I want to be on Marco Rubio's sanction list together with the great and courageous people of HateAid - think about how embarrassing it will be one day, looking back, when Europe and the free world struggled to defend democracy and the rule of law and you weren't even sanctioned. So, I C&D'ed LinkedIn last week. 

Their ban of tools in their TOS is in breach of the Digital Market Act. 

I'm serious. Google it. Ask ChatGPT. Or your lawyer. Or your EU Representative.

You have the right to access your data on LinkedIn with tools. Artikel 6.9 and 6.10 of the DMA are crystal clear about that.

And I won't stop at the C&D. Me and the legal team GLADE MICHEL WIRTZ Corporate & Competition are planning to go all the way. 

The only way out for LinkedIn is to do the right thing and establish a marketplace of verified and safe apps. 

Let's help them do the right thing!
