-  Directed a cost-neutral, organizational transformation resulting in turning around business from distant last in the industry to a consistent top ten performer with best in industry alignment of revenue, expense, and income.
-  Through a responsible focus on casual and infrequent customers, increased average sales per employee by $1.8M while delivering multi-year income growth, industry-leading customer satisfaction scores and double digit growth of customer base.
