What started as a plan to acquire several rental homes to secure retirement turned into a niche to which I may have had a hidden skill.  Over the years I have bought and held rental properties, remodeled and flipped many homes, physically moved several homes from one location to the other to remodel and flip.  These activities helped me gain the knowledge to be a great resource to other investors and to those desiring to step into that field.

Provided all the duties and handled the responsibilities of a brokerage.  However, was the pioneer in introducing eXp Realty to South Carolina.  As the first agent in the state of South Carolina, I was challenged to introduce a new business model to the real estate industry.   During my tenure as Broker In Charge for the state I improved my skills in agent attraction and agent support which established me as the "go to guy" for those that wanted to learn more about building a strong career in the real estate industry.  At the time of my departure of the Broker In Charge position I was overseeing 350 agents.  

Awarded the First "Spirit of Ownership" award.   The inscription reads "For exemplifying the spirit of ownership through your dedication to your fellow agent-owners".

Golden Stirp Property Management - GSPM, LLC

Founded GSPM to assist property owners with professional services in managing their homes.  Main focus was residential property management, however, also managed an HOA.  Managed 85 properties in  the upstate of South Carolina.

Founder and Broker In Charge of Golden Strip Real Estate, Inc.  Handled all the necessary duties of running a brokerage to include the managing and supervising agents, reviewing all transactions for compliance, giving support, coaching and mentorship to agents and staff.   Providing outstanding service to clients and customers. During this same period of time I founded and managed GSPM (Golden Strip Property Management). 

Moved to eXp Realty because of the outstanding residual income offered.
