Co-founded and led generAI, a tech startup at the intersection of deep tech and video advertising. We built three AI-driven products: a transformer-based video ad grading tool predicting key ad metrics before posting, a text-to-video ad generator that created video ad with optimized performance, and a UGC creator marketplace (web & mobile). 


- Led product development of all products, showcasing expertise in both traditional software and state-of-the-art AI/ ML technologies, driving innovative solutions through collaboration.
- Bridged the gap cross-functionally between visionary leadership and deep technical expertise, effectively communicating and aligning business and technical needs within the startup.

- Solely directed the process of inventory deployment from production-to-truck at the 24/7 manufacturing facility, expertly coordinating the assembly and management of outbound loads in alignment with production schedules and various constraints.
- Implemented strategic SKU reorganization daily to optimize load configurations, significantly reducing detention penalties, preserving warehouse capacity, and satisfying customer demands.
- Administered inventory levels across approximately ten customer service facilities, adeptly minimizing service risks for a portfolio of over fifty SKUs.
- Single-handedly orchestrated 50-90 daily load schedules, skillfully balancing product availability with labor constraints.
- Accurately calculated and presented key metrics, including service risk, projected healthy-by dates, and service drivers, to senior management, enhancing decision-making processes.

Supply Chain Logisitics Associate

•	Identified opportunities for process improvement based on stakeholder requirements, while utilizing lean business process improvement foundations to deliver operational improvement.
•	Constructed a Monitor and Control Process and dashboard for our entire organization’s ongoing revenue and expenses in order for our leadership and department heads to have visibility and make informed decisions. 
•	Created Integrated Change Control process for the organization’s budget based on financial surplus, budget cuts, and priority changes (needing more money) to be able to adapt to opportunities and form to constraints.
•	Designed the organization’s annual budget creation and approval process to have more accurate forecasts of the next years financials and allow for department clarity of their limits. 
•	Independently responsible for our entire co-working space, the Prairie Den, to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
•	Implemented a co-working space software called Nexudus in order to improve the efficiency the Prairie Den’s operations resulting in increased monthly revenue of almost 100% within 2 months.
•	Led the internal Human Resources function of the organization including on/off-boarding, PTO audits, time-off approval, policy creation, hiring approval process and applicant scorecards.

Project Coordinator 

•	Demonstrated responsibility with the back-end operations of Grand Farm, Emerging Digital Academy and Emerging Prairie primarily through project management and technology implementation.
•	Exhibited analytical skills by conducting software cost analysis based on current state and future state objectives after interactions with external vendors such as implementing an ERP and CRM software.
•	Enhanced day-to-day organization operations by creating and/or updating policies, procedures, and agreements.

Business Operations Intern

•	Exemplified problems solving techniques by analyzing the Expedited Past Due Items Report to fix errors or inconsistencies on purchase orders in order to ensure items are received and invoices are paid.
•	Oversaw notifying our top vendors about our new warehouse launch and ship-to address update for one out of our four major locations
•	Articulated suspected problems with vendors, suppliers, and other internal departments through written and verbal communication to maximize resolutions
•	Continually reorganized all data relevant to each purchase order to sustain clarity for the department

•	Operated systems such as TSD Loaner, CDK Services, and XTime Appointments to analyze availability of fleet and staged vehicles
