•Created Maintenance Support Office's Committed Spend Estimation reports using excel functions and macros, enabling management to predict expenditure.
•Improved Commited Spend Report's efficacy by applying accounting standards. (Standards I added are those used in bad debt expense calculation in IFRS)
•Scratch built, maintained and updated reporting during transition to SAP ERP. This includes cleaning, transforming and visualizing "dirty" data
•Reconciled my own personal reports with Management scorecards for two departments, ensuring accurate scorekeeping and management remuneration.
•Eliminated data cleaning by switching to new SAP based data source. 
•Upgraded reporting software from Excel to Tableau, the visualizations from Tableau allowed departments to keep track, and bring in line, lagging contractors
•Created a PowerPoint outlining various electrical deficiencies throughout Toronto and presented the document to technicians and engineers, allowing them to fix said issues.
•Presented about a passion subject (Workplace well Being and Mental Health) to a multi-department wide audience, which resulted in increased awareness of said issues.
•Created a wellness policy for Program Delivery Group, through collaborating with my Manager, the department's OHS nurse, as well as an external associate, who is a Doctor and Professor at University of Toronto. This resulted in a safer workplace, which is one of Toronto Hydro's core goals.

•Conducted web content reviews of various departments using investigative skills, edited and corrected mistakes about graduate funding information to streamline enrollment operations
