I’m a 3x entrepreneur and M&A advisor who helps founders sell their businesses.

👋 WHY ME?

After I sold my first startup (Paladin), several founder friends reached out to me. They wanted to know what it was like and what I learned in the process.

A few of them were thinking about selling their companies and asked if I would help. After all, I understood the industry and probably knew most of the potential buyers.

So I agreed to help a few of those friends and found myself with a new side hustle as a boutique investment banker.

After cutting my teeth on a few deals, I realized how much I love working with entrepreneurs, so I made it official and launched my own M&A advisory practice: Quartermast Advisors.

Head writer and manager of all Annoying Orange Social Media Channels. Facebook Network 15+ million, Twitter 285k+ and over 5 million YouTube subscribers approaching 2 billion views. Managed 10+ Twitter, Facebook & Google+ channels. Monitored analytics.

Creative
Writer, Director, Video Editor, Voiceover Artist and Actor. With over 200 episodes online and 60 on Cartoon Network, performed multiple recurring characters.  Shooting on various digital cameras, editing with Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite and directing both amateur and professional on camera talent is all part of the Digital Studio experience.

Managed writers, animators, graphic artists and video editors. Worked with artists and merchandisers to help shape and create concepts apparel, toys, and books for the Annoying Orange brand.  

Integrated Media Campaigns
Served as Producer on integrated video campaigns with large budget films like Despicable Me 2 & Smurfs 2. Team conceived of custom videos integrating characters from both brands in order to create awareness for clients and rolled out extensive Facebook & Twitter campaign over 5 weeks.

Bob Jennings is considered an industry "OG" - one of the early-stage celebrity Creators within the YouTube community.  He was the senior producer, director, and “Grapefruit” for the famous “Annoying Orange” YouTube channel from 2009-2020  garnering over 10 billion  views. 

As part of the first era of massive YouTube channel successes, I built a network of senior leadership at media companies. I’ve monitored the development of the industry from its beginnings.

In 2018, Jennings was invited to join the first class of Roblox video Stars with his Liam the Leprechaun YouTube channel.
