I’m a 3x entrepreneur and M&A advisor who helps founders sell their businesses.

👋 WHY ME?

After I sold my first startup (Paladin), several founder friends reached out to me. They wanted to know what it was like and what I learned in the process.

A few of them were thinking about selling their companies and asked if I would help. After all, I understood the industry and probably knew most of the potential buyers.

So I agreed to help a few of those friends and found myself with a new side hustle as a boutique investment banker.

After cutting my teeth on a few deals, I realized how much I love working with entrepreneurs, so I made it official and launched my own M&A advisory practice: Quartermast Advisors.

I help my clients manage the entire M&A process from start to finish, which includes:

I'm also constantly building relationships with clients direct, creative agencies & pr agencies. 

I proactively sell advertising solutions including standard media placements, sponsorships, branded content and YouTube channel management/strategy as well as negotiating trading deals with key agency contacts. 

In addition, I work closely with our Business Development team to help sign up new content rights holders. 

Key skills are selling advertising solutions, helping to manage content partners, idea creation, building proposals, pitching, contracting to talent, managing P&L's, hitting revenue targets.

With over 5 years of experience as a Managing Director at After Party Studios, I lead a creative content studio that produces original and branded content for online, streamers, broadcasters, and brands, working with some of the UK's biggest creators and traditional talent. I am passionate about bringing a higher level of production to YouTube and developing fresh new formats, short films, and feature lengths.

I have a strong background in media sales, branded content, influencer marketing, talent partnerships, and content commissioning and production. I have built and maintained relationships with agencies, publishers, distribution partners, video platforms, social networks, and commissioners, while feeding into the overall commercial strategy of any business.
