DATA KINETICS: We developed AI tech to spearhead the growth of the Agency and in particular the strategy, data and digital departments. Core to this was the development of Audience Insight platform 'Data Kinetics' and leadership of ‘Agentic AI’ services – resourced through the Innovation consultancy I co-founded – The Virtual Influencer Agency (VIA).
The premise of DK is that humans are contradictory, we need to ingest these contradictions not focus on one or 2 sources. DK combines Search, Social and CRM, on top of Survey & Focus group data, combing Hard & Soft consumer attributes, delivering a ‘whole human’, understanding. This uses social graphs, language analysis, psychology and performance marketing patterns, resulting in an understanding of motivations, allegiances & values which inform words, images & stories, segmentation, comms, content and NPD.

AGENTIC AI: A student of AI and Machine Learning since 2015, I led the adoption and deployment of Gen AI - & more recently Agentic AI - across client & internal teams. This involved working with NLP & conversational AI, moving through to LLMs, GPT and ‘rigged’ Avatars. Through VIA we are able to deploy Avatars, ChatBots and CoPilots, across web, social & corporate Intranets.

The idea for VIA was created back in 2016 as it became clear the need for consultancies focussing on Conversational AI and analytics & Human / Machine interaction would grow.
