IconMod is a vertical fashion company that concepts, designs, manufactures, merchandises, markets and sells aspirational celebrity branded‎ fashion exclusively online.   

Founding team member responsible for design, product development, sourcing, production and logistics efforts for apparel, footwear, and accessories.

Created fast fashion model by changing the internal process of decision by committee.  With a strong design and brand point of view, we eliminated 9 months in the development cycle by proceeding directly to salesman samples at factories who have superior pattern making capability (no techpacks!).  Further, the total production leadtime has reduced to 4 weeks by designing into stock fabrics with vertical partners who specialize in capturing design intent quickly.

Successfully launched all brands within 6 weeks of initial concept, managing all aspects of design operations, sourcing, product development, technical design, production, and logistics.

Spacious mind, attention to details, balanced approach to decision making and autocriticism are soft skills i consider as my main. Making my path from student-programmer through tech support and I&T management to consulting, playing roles of systems administrator, manager, business-analyst etc, I came to realize what i’m really striving for. In any work I like to create value not only for decision making persons but for all stakeholders as well. I doubt i could get such a set of personal values if I began from consulting, audit, business-analytics and so on.
Living in digital era I feel I’m a part of it , however I have passion to horology, which is just becoming digital in its processes but stays analogue on my wrist and in my pocket
