As Business Development Manager at Athyna, I work side by side with our revenue leaders including closely working with our Head of Rev Ops and CEO. 
I contribute to strategic deal-making effort to improve Athyna’s global footprint to increase user acquisition and revenue, conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
I also promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives, keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Some other responsibilities include:
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

💉 COVID was the best and the worst. Started my first own startup with no cash and a big debt. Managed to recover and even appear on the news, until COVID hit back home and had to close. Fail big or go home, I went home. Next time I'll go BIG!

ונתקעתי עמוק בפרדוקס הנסיון (התעשיה דורשת נסיון אבל אין דרך לצבור נסיון)
וברגע של יאוש - הצעתי לעורכת לכתוב כתבה על נשים בלי רקע טכנולוגי שעשו את המעבר להייטק אחרי גיל 35,
וביקשתי מכל אחת מהן לגלות לי את הסוד שלה, 
ועשיתי בול מה שהן אמרו,
וסוף סוף התקבלתי לתפקיד ראשון. 
ובשמחה רבה (והקלה)
עדכנתי את זה בפרופיל שלי פה - 
היה  - 
שבתוך שבוע, 
קיבלתי שלוש הצעות עבודה.

כל מי שמחפש עכשיו עבודה בטח מתגעגע לימים ההם, בשלהי הסגרים, כשבהייטק רדפו אחרי עובדים. זוכרים שג׳וניורים היו סחורה חמה? שמיתוג מעסיק היתה מחלקה עם תקציב לפרסום חוצות? אייייאיאייי,  איזה התפכחות כואבת, אה? 

לא אשכח איך חודש אחרי שהתחלתי לעבוד ב-Fiverr השיקו שם קמפיין של חבר מביא חבר וטס לשבועיים לתאילנד / מקסיקו הכל כלול. 

מילאו את כל המשרד  בדגלונים ובפוסטרים יפהפיים עם איורים בצבעי פנדה של החופשה החלומית. 

בשיא המבצע, בקומה 7 הרימו פופ-אפ מרגריטות וטאקו עם מוזיקה לטינית ומה לא. תקפו את כל החושים. ואני? מגיעה מהעוני של העיתונות, איך אפשר להתרכז ככה בעבודה? 

החדשות הטובות: הקמפיין עבד.

הייתי קמה בבוקר ועוד לפני ששטפתי פנים הייתי מפגיזה את כל קבוצות הדרושים בפייסבוק עם הלינק רפרל המיוחד שלי, משיבה לכל שאלה, לכל בקשה. 
בהפסקות הצהריים הייתי מזמינה חברים מהתקשורת לקפה למטה כדי לסדר להם את קורות החיים, ונעצרת ליד השולחן של צוות הגיוס כדי להתעניין באגביות, מה  עם קרין לתפקיד הזה? איזה טאלנט, אה? 
כבר בדקתי לגבי טיסות מבנגקוק לקנקון כי היה לי ברור שכל כך הרבה חברים שלי יתקבלו, שהם ייאלצו לתת לי גם וגם… 

אני חושבת שעברו דרכי מאות, אולי אלפי מועמדים. מוכשרים, עם קבלות, וקורות חיים עם הכותרת הנכונה ובאורך הנכון. 

החדשות הרעות הן שאף אחד לא התקבל. 

לא במסגרת המבצע המוגזם הזה וגם לא אחר כך, בעבודות הבאות, כשניסיתי, חזק. 

חבל לא? איזה כיף יכל להיות לנו אם היינו עובדים יחד, נכון????

אז אולי ננסה, פעם אחרונה ודי? 

פשוט יש פה ב- Lusha (יוניקורן, עזריאלי, תל-אביב) משרות ממש מעניינות,
ולמרות שאני גרועה, עדיין עדיף לגשת דרכי מדרך האתר או דרך לינקדאין.

כל הלינקים פה הם עם הפניה ממני, אז שתפו, או שלחו למי שמחפש, טוב?

אחרי 2,555 ימים שהיא באה לעבוד, עלתה איתך במעלית הבלתי, פתרה לך את הבעיות, ניהלה משהו חשוב, ישבה לידך בישיבות,  

סבלה אותך בקורונה במלחמה בסבב בגיוס בהנפקה בסיקנס ובהלת׳, זאת מתנת הפרידה שלך? 

גיפטקארד שהיא תשלוף בקופות העצמאיות של אורבניקה? שאין לה מושג כמה ואם בכלל תרמת לו? 

אני יודעת, קל לקלוע לטעם הזה...של כסף. ואין לי שום ספק שדנית תצטרך את הכסף. עד עכשיו היא ישבה טוב אבל המסכנה עוברת לאנבידיה הם חיים שם בעוני וכל אגורה חשובה,

אתה ידעת שהרגע הזה יגיע.
קודם היו שמועות.
ואז היא ניגשה אליך וסיפרה לך כי היה לה חשוב לספר לך, זוכר שהיה לה חשוב?

ברור לי שנכנסתם ל-LinkedIn כדי לחפש עבודה ולא כדי למצוא חברים חדשים, אבל אל תזלזלו בכוחו של חבר-מביא-חבר. בכל חברת הייטק רץ סיפור על מתכנת אגדי, שמצליח לשלב עבודה במשרה מלאה עם עיסוק צדדי כצייד ראשים, כזה שממלא מחלקות שלמות בפרונטאנדיסטים שלמדו איתו באוניברסיטה, באנליסטים מהחדר כושר ובפרפורמנס מרקטינג מנג׳רס מהגן של הילד. 
אלוף מבצעי החבר-מביא-חבר.

מה לא אומרים עליו...
שהוא מריץ אוטומציות.
שהוא פתח קמפיינים על חשבונו.
כולם מקרקרים עליו בלי הפסקה  - 
לא נמאס לו מחופשות במלון בראשית?
בכלל תקין שהוא גייס את הבוס של עצמו?
והוא מגהק כל הדרך אל הבנק. 

נו כי ככה זה, רוב העובדים המוצלחים מגיעים בשיטת חבר מביא חבר,
זה ווין ווין.  כולם יודעים את זה עד ששוכחים את זה.

ותוך חודש, חוזרים לשלוח קורות חיים במסות.

אימפקט  - מעבר לדרישות התפקיד, אילו פרוייקטים הובלת, ואיזה תוצאות הם הביאו?

מיומנות - ציינו כלים טכנולוגיים, שפות תכנות וכלי בינה מלאכותית.

הקשר - משפט קצר על כל חברה שעבדתם בה - למשל ״סטארטאפ פינטק בי2בי״

רלבנטיות - כדאי להזין את קובץ הקו״ח ואת תיאור המשרה בכלי בינה מלאכותית כדי לבחון התאמה ולהדגיש מה עשוי להיות רלבנטי בנסיון שלכם (בדקו לפני שליחה שאין המצאות ובילשוטים)

הצטיינות - כן, גם אם עברו 15 שנה מאז, אם סיימת תואר בטכניון עם הצטיינות דיקאן כדאי לתת לזה מקום מרכזי בקו״ח כי זה מעיד על משמעת ומצוינות.

סקרנות - אין תואר? זה לא עצר אותך מללמוד לבד ולהתקדם לבד, לבנות לעצמך קריירה, שווה להתייחס לזה. 

דרייב - פרסמת בלוג מקצועי? פוסט מדהים בלינקדאין? הצגת בכנס? אדמינית בקהילת קוד פתוח? נא לפנק בלינקים.

מיקוד - תמרה מעדיפה לקרוא קורות חיים בתבניות פשוטות ובעמוד אחד, שכולל את התפקידים האחרונים והרלבנטיים+ הלינקים.
