My role was to build the organisation from scratch into a leading procurement and supply chain industry search practice.

Key achievements included:

► Wrote and devised business plan, vision, sales strategy and sales presentation and took the Source concept to market delivering profitability.

► Won 9 ASX 100 PSL agreements for procurement recruitment within the first 18 months.

► Drove social media strategy resulting in a procurement talent blog with 1000’s of views, a Procurement Linked In Group with over 1200 members and a newsletter with 2500 subscribers.

► Won selection as 1 of only 5 CIPSA (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Australia) accredited procurement recruitment providers in Australia out of over 100 initial expressions of interest.

As the Senior Manager, Learning & Development at CD Recruitment my role involves working with all of our current and future consultants to train, develop and maximise the value they can bring to their clients, candidates and personal business.
