- Championed a Marketing automation system AKA “Marketing Machine” which sent around 250K emails a month nationally and generated around 3 to 10 job orders a week that were mostly from new clients.
- Developed and implemented a company-wide performance management and recognition program for Sales and Recruitment which resulted in a 20% improvement in developed and modeled consistent pay plans and incentive packages.
