Bancolombia

Responsible for maximizing value delivered to customers and users through tailored products and services. The key responsibilities include defining and prioritizing requirements in the product backlog, as well as approving the completion of finished requirements.
Key Functions:
1.	Solution/Product Vision: Develop the vision for the solution/product and synchronize work with the teams leaders.
2.	Requirement Definition: Define solution/product requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive, exhaustive, and aligned with business considerations. Ensure that proposed solution designs and initiatives adhere to relevant guidelines.
3.	Value-Driven Approach: Promote the generation of value-focused Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) while minimizing efforts.
4.	Adaptation and Inspection: Continuously adapt the solution based on user or client needs, delivery performance, measurements, market conditions, and incorporate modifications resulting from validation into the product backlog.
5.	Backlog Development: Develop the product backlog from a future perspective.
6.	Prioritization: Prioritize backlog items to achieve management objectives, keeping it up-to-date.
7.	Collaboration and Alignment: Conduct meetings to synchronize and align team members, updating the product backlog.
8.	User Understanding: Ensure the team understands user or client needs.
9.	Decision-Making: Make decisions related to backlog prioritization within the team.
10.	Performance Assessment: Participate in assessing team performance alongside the team leader and agile coach/facilitator.

Product Owner

Technical Manager in charge of the definition of the architecture, the existence and availability of the capacities of the different technology fronts, in addition to the removal of impediments for the generation of value; supports the definition of non-functional needs and determines system components and interfaces.

Main functions:
• Guarantee the technical synchronization of the solution development teams to achieve a shared technical vision, focused on achieving the vision of the challenge.
• Participate in the planning, definition and design of solutions at a high level.
• Be part of the conversations with stakeholders and technology providers to identify technical characteristics of the solutions.
• Guarantee the definition of the non-functional requirements of the solution.
• Guarantee that the solution being implemented has platform quality and scalability.
• Ensure the definition and refinement of the business architecture design, during the evolution of the product (infrastructure, technological stack, costs, etc).
• Integrate definitions and technical standards for security, service availability and other technology areas involved in the evolution of the solution into the solutions.
• Resolve dependencies or impediments between the different solution teams and IT areas.
• Promote and guarantee the definition. refinement of the delivery plan during the evolution of the solution.
• Identify, communicate and manage the risks associated with the technical solution in general.
• Guarantee the practices of automation tests, integration and continuous deployment DEVSECOPS.
• Promote good practices that prevent technical debt from being generated or increased, watch over issues of obsolescence, vulnerabilities and closing gaps in the solution, so that they are cohesive with the business epics.

Senior Software Engineer

Responsible for leading the IT team as a specialist, structuring technical project solutions, elaborating the technical specifications, incorporating the guidelines of architecture, policies and standards defined for the implementation and development and maintenance of applications, all in order to guarantee optimal levels of availability and usability, opportunity and quality in a cost-efficient way. Also, it is to ensure the construction of solutions of high and medium complexity, incorporate the use and use of the new functionalities available and carry out an adequate management process for the maintenance and update of versions with the impact that entails.

Main functions:
• Lead the IT team and manage the necessary resources for the proper implementation of reports in the application; build relationships of trust based on the fulfillment of the commitments acquired in terms of timeliness and quality of implementations, developments and maintenance.
• Manage administration and contact with foreign supplier, mainly with English-speaking domain, maintaining good communication and having a stability of the requested services for the fulfillment of commitments.
• Administrative management of personnel, request for absences, vacations, training, among others.
• Present technical alternatives in the implementation, configuration, development and maintenance of applications that leverage business strategies and guarantee the continuity of services, ensuring that implementations perform well in terms of response time and performance.

IT Team Leader

Main functions:
•	Define architectural and technical design for deployment and development and evolutionary and corrective maintenance of subdomain applications.
•	Present technical alternatives in the implementation, configuration, development and maintenance of applications that leverage business strategies and ensure the continuity of services, ensuring that implementations perform well in terms of response time and processing
•	Conduct training in IT areas impacted by the solution, users and demand management, in order to present and deliver the solution implemented and put into production.
•	Provide Standby service or availability of the area, supporting the operation of Reporting 24/7. Work under the profile of incident analyst managing and giving solutions to problems that arise.

System Analyst – Level 1 (Senior)

Responsible for the entire process of software development of different requirements made by the functional user, from the review of requirements and use cases, development of technical designs, dev reception, review the test plans, certification strategy and case design tests. It is also in charge of the management and go live to production of the solutions. In this role there are due different IT initiatives, corporate projects and incident care simultaneously.

Featured projects:
•	Collection of data and construction of the legal report to Fogafín (Fund of guarantees of financial institutions) in which through the tools of Oracle and IBM’s DataStage the report was exposed to the regulator successfully with the information of customers .
•	Implementation of the FATCA law in the Bancolombia group through a corporate project, in order to comply with the regulations imposed by the United States Government and thus avoid economic and commercial sanctions.
•	The bank is currently in charge of implementing the automation of all legal reports for generation and transmission to regulators. This automation is done through the Controller View tool of Axiom SL through the corporate project Legal Reports.
