•	In charge of the Dairy Business in India, with a total turnover of €7m euros, 60 reports on-roll and 200 off-roll.
•	Leading a transformational project focused on improving accounts receivables, increasing the efficiency of the sales team, optimizing the RTM from factory to store and increasing the people engagement.
•	For strategic reasons the Company decided to close down the Business. In a sensitive and complex environment, led the closure of the entire business in a smooth way, within the budget and with minimal external impact.

Country Manager

•	Managing a total turnover of €75m Sales and a team of 604 people (180 on-roll and 424 off-roll) and 2000 Distributors.
•	Launched a very powerful execution program at the outlet called Tiger, where 4 simple KPIs were defined and an external team of 30 auditors evaluated the execution results at the outlets.
•	Main achievements: 16% sales growth over 2015; Additional 4000 outlets in Baby Division; Ecommerce Sales growth from 1k€ to 700k€; Increased Sales Team productivity from 30% productive orders to 38%.

•	Successfully merged the two different sales teams and Distributors from two Danone Divisions (Medical and Baby) in a short period of 6 months and still delivered a growth of 15% over previous year.
•	Managed the total turnover of €64m with a team of 125 people on roll and 150 off roll.

National Sales Manager, General Trade Channel

• Building a new Route to Market Model for the company.
• Managing a team of 30 people in top 10 cities in India.
• Developed two successful pilots in Kolkata in Pune to test the new RTM Model.

• Extensively collaborate with local teams, tasked with developing sales in EMEA region, by establishing comprehensive strategic plans in 17 countries, with priority in the Russian, Turkish and Saudi Arabian marketplaces.
• Successfully managing 3 key accounts, Sodexo, Aramark and Elior to develop international relationships  and defining effective global sales channel and focused customer strategies, identifying key countries to push the business.
• Developed and delivered 2 positive worldwide training sessions in “Route to Market”, providing in-depth training on how to improve existing and build new route to market methodologies to 30 personnel.

Global Accounts Director

Danone Dairy

•Developing a highly effective new sales and distribution model for the Indirect channel - 60% of total company sales-, which incorporated a large internal sales team, 236 distributors, 4,500 people and 120k point of sales.
•Conceiving and implementing an ‘Excellence Programme’ to develop the distributors which is considered to be a “best practice” across the Danone Group, a concept later presented by the General Manager to Harvard University in America. 
•Recruiting, directing and training a team of 10 Managers across Brazil, each tasked with developing their allocated distributors and rolling-out the Excellence Programme.
•The new sales and distribution model implemented in the Indirect Channel realised a 53% sales growth in 2008, against 2005 figures.

Business Development Manager

•Managing sales in 27 Hypermarkets and supermarkets in the country’s capital, effectively elevating sales by 7% from €24m to €26m in 1 year.
•Managing a team of 45 internal staff and 6 promotion staff across 27 hypermarkets in the Lisbon area.
•Collaborating with Store Managers to agree commercial plans concerning pricing, layout, space allotted, promotions and general in-store merchandising.

Regional Sales Manager

Responsible for the sales in convenience stores at petrol stations, schools, coffee shops / restaurants, vending machines and fast food chains.

Two years ago, he launched Something Bigger—a platform born from his passion for empowering change-makers to create something bigger than themselves, one powerful conversation at a time.
