Why People Follow You on LinkedIn

A few days ago, I was watching a video where one person decided to take a step no one else was willing to take and suddenly the impossible became normal.

Everyone watching changed in seconds.

Not with more information but with a shift in how you see things.

And I’ve seen the same pattern in creators on LinkedIn...

Some people keep waiting.

Waiting for perfect ideas…
Perfect content…
Perfect strategy…

But the people who grow fast, the top 3%, they do the opposite.

They don’t overthink.
They don’t wait for perfect posts.
They don’t try 20 strategies at once.

They just do one thing...

They move.
They try.
They test.
They take steps before others even notice there was a step to take.

Here’s what I’ve learned working in this niche...

1) Most creators don’t have a content problem.
 They have a decision problem.
 They know what to do but they delay it.

2) Action creates clarity.
You understand LinkedIn only when you post, not when you plan.

3) Once you spot the right pattern… you can’t unsee it.
And that pattern is simple:
Clarity → Consistency → Results.

You’re not lacking talent.
You’re not lacking hard work.
You’re just stuck in a pattern that no one questioned.

A few weeks ago, someone reached out to me.

Less than 10% of LinkedIn creators have a proper lead system.

That’s exactly why the top 1% creators take almost all the clients.

So remember this...

You don’t need more posts.
You need more clarity.

You don’t need big, fancy words.
You need a clear message.

You don’t need to chase clients.
You need a profile that makes clients chase you.

Three years ago…
I left my village and moved to the city.
 
I came here to learn something… to build something.

I tried many freelancing skills.
Some I learned well.
Some I left halfway.
 
But one day I decided...
“I will focus only on LinkedIn.”

In the beginning, nothing special happened.
Only 2–3 clients and even that was hard to manage because I was alone.

Then one day a thought came to my mind...
 
Why am I doing all this alone?
Why not bring my brothers with me?

At that time, both were studying.
Ahad is still studying today.

But I went back to the village and brought both of them into my field.

Abdur Rehman understood the work very fast.
He joined me immediately.

Ahad his start was tough.
He was not taking interest and because of that, one of my clients even ran away 😂 (Yes, this really happened.)

But slowly, with time, Ahad also adjusted.
And we kept growing together.

From day one we made one promise...
“We will never compromise on quality.”

And then a time came when we had so much work, that even the three of us could not handle it.

So we took the next step...
We started building a team.

We added boys from our village.
We created a small agency (LanceMind.com).
Our team grew from 3 people to 10–15 people.

We built our first office in the village.
But we didn’t stop there.

Soon, it became hard to find more team members in the village.

So I decided to move back to the city and we opened our second office there and hired a big team again.

Today…

We have worked with 300+ clients, and right now, we are managing 50+ active clients.

I am sharing all this for one reason...

If I have reached this stage today, it’s because of my two brothers, Abdur Rehman and Ahad.

This isn’t just a business story.
