(And What They're Really Hiring You For)

Private equity partners aren’t losing sleep over your cloud strategy.

They lose sleep over EBITDA compression. Market share erosion. Exit multiples that don’t hold up in investor discussions.

When they bring in an interim CIO, the conversation doesn’t begin with:
“How do we modernise our tech stack?”

It starts with a sharper question:
“How fast can you identify and unlock value?”

Most IT leaders walk in thinking they’re there to lead transformation. But transformation is just the vehicle.
The destination is always the same: a cleaner P&L that supports a stronger multiple at exit.
