- They are humble, they don’t pretend to know everything about everything. They learn and are open and curious, 
- They are not flirty and don’t hit on me. They know I mean business.

They understand that being cheap has a cost, and there’s a reason why real experts charge a premium. High quality is not cheap and shouldn’t be.

I'm sure all has been said about this case, but in case you missed it: Deloitte had to refund the Australian government AU$440,000 for a report prepared for the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.

The report contained many AI-generated errors, such as misquoting a judge and citing non-existent references. Deloitte acknowledged using GPT-4o tools in drafting the report and admitted the oversight.

I often encounter instances of AI "hallucinations" in MTPE projects, from mistranslations to unintended additions. It is essential that any AI usage, if necessary, is carefully controlled and reviewed by a specialist, to prevent serious errors from reaching the client.

AI is only as strong as the data it’s trained on. If mistakes happen in English, imagine the risks for Portuguese, or any language with fewer speakers. Smaller languages face bigger challenges in both accuracy and reliability.
