Tonbridge Baptist Church

Responsible for all aspects of one of the largest baptist churches in the UK with extensive local and international projects and a footfall of 2000 people per week. Accountable to the board as Chief Executive of large staff team and volunteer base. Delivered culture change and clarification of vision which generated greater commitment and financial and numerical growth. Re-structured our organisation to streamline decisions and empower staff and volunteers. Main speaker and communicator to large audiences valued for inspiring 'TED' style presentations.
