Analyzed every department and effort, optimizing processes, identifying training needed, assessing and mitigating risk, and other improvements. Moved into crowdsourced curricula provider and teacher training. Revamped Operations, Development, Support, HR, Marketing, and Sales. Increased revenue $5m first 4 months, then planed off as CEO made a big bet on new tech that was not quite there. Co-founded and set processes for ~4,000 person firm for all projects. Mentored executives and senior managers on consolidating all projects for marketing under new 'Suite' all-product release which set sales and implementation records world-wide and set stage for IBM acquisition. Revenue and staff increases ~20% during my tenure. Decreased turnover rate, lowest of 8 business units while increasing employee engagement and satisfaction.
