The Cyber Maturity Assessment (CMA) is a service designed to provide a holistic view of an organisations information security assurance capability and preparedness for a cyber event.  The service line generates approximately £2M each year in the UK.

•	Lead and managed the delivery of numerous Cyber Maturity Assessment projects in the UK and US.
•	Builds relationships quickly and possess well-developed customer facing relationship skills.
•	Developed and delivered training to KPMG colleagues in numerous countries to facilitate the delivery of the Cyber Maturity Assessment in new markets and global regions.
•	Experience of working with Banks, Telco’s, Manufacturers in identifying good practices, areas for development and making recommendations to assist organisations to meet their cyber risk appetite.

As the Sector Skills Council for Business and Information Technology, e-skills UK work on behalf of employers to develop the software, internet, computer gaming, IT services and business change expertise necessary to thrive in today’s global economy.

I was the Project manager of a £2M Government sponsored National project with industry and partner organisations to bridge the cyber skills gap through the creation of a UK based talent pipeline.  The project objectives included: Inspiring the next generation of security professionals, generating business growth and new jobs, reducing exposure to cyber-crime and increasing national security resilience.

•	Created a steering group of senior security professional to shape project activities and represent industry.
•	Responsible for planning, tracking, reporting and pushing delivery of work packages to deliver according to the project objectives, leading a project team of 26 members.
•	Responsible for Project Risk analysis, Risk management and briefing C-Level staff on mitigation strategies.
•	Managed project finances across 5 project activity strands.
•	Board member at the National Cyber Skills Centre.  A Governance and Leadership role.
