TLDR people

I spent 12 years on a Marine Special Operations team. I have dedicated my life to mastering the art of discipline, mental toughness, and resilience. I help clients to harness their inner warrior to conquer life's challenges and emerge stronger. 

The long story. 

I spent the first 22 years of my life lost. Dropped out of college, and worked dead-end jobs. No direction in life. Through finding discipline and mental toughness I was able to enlist in the military and build a career in Special Operations.

Mental toughness and discipline have allowed me to do things I never thought possible: 

- 50-mile runs
- 10 mile swims
- 20 Mile ruck runs

Plus much more.

Soooo many people lose deals for a reason they never think about:

They talk over the prospect.

Now hear me out.

It's not because they’re rude.
But because pressure makes them panic… and they jump in too fast.

I spent today studying 10+ different calls, focusing on behaviours to solve this inside Colzy -specifically these several seconds where people feel the discomfort, freak out for half a second, and interrupt the prospect.

Remove that moment, and closing becomes a lot cleaner.

After listening to HUNDREDS of calls, here's what I've learned:

Most people panic when silence hits.
They rush to fill it in, explain more, justify more, basically talking themselves out of the sale.

I don't want you to be like that.

Silence isn’t the weakness.
It’s pressure.

And pressure makes people reveal the truth.
If you can hold the pause without flinching… you're in control of the dialogue.

That’s the moment most people lose -
and where the best ones succeed.

Been building something that helps people hold that silence confidently - and win because of it.

Here’s what I spotted today from analysing 7 sales calls:

People think they lose the sale because of objections.
But usually, it’s because they talk too fast.

Ik it sounds obvious but it’s a reacurring pattern…

Speed kills clarity.

Slow, calm delivery wins.

It's too expensive..

Bro. 
Most objections aren’t real.

They’re signals you missed earlier in the call.

“I need to think about it.” = clarity problem. 

So give them more info.

“It’s too expensive.” = value problem. 

So show them the value.

“I’ll get back to you.” = trust problem

So, again, give them more info.
