TLDR people

I spent 12 years on a Marine Special Operations team. I have dedicated my life to mastering the art of discipline, mental toughness, and resilience. I help clients to harness their inner warrior to conquer life's challenges and emerge stronger. 

The long story. 

I spent the first 22 years of my life lost. Dropped out of college, and worked dead-end jobs. No direction in life. Through finding discipline and mental toughness I was able to enlist in the military and build a career in Special Operations.

Mental toughness and discipline have allowed me to do things I never thought possible: 

- 50-mile runs
- 10 mile swims
- 20 Mile ruck runs

- Policy Summarisation, A tool to extract specific information from unstructured set of health care insurance certificate. Increasing the productivity by 45%.
- Email Automation, a bot that takes the incoming email and route it to the relevant department or SPOC. Improved the processing and replying TAT by 25%.

- Engineered Cost effective solutions to save more than 50,000 man hours every month by implementing OCR and Information Retrieval Techniques to convert scanned PDFs into Excel.
- Formulated optimized and efficient solution to speed up the denied claims process by more than 50% by extracting handwritten/printed forms using image registration, open-cv, and NLP Techniques.
- Programmed a high-performing solution to process Purchase Orders and Invoices to optimize the disbursement process by 40%.
- Designed, Directed, and Executed a solution to replace user claim's letter generation process and reduced the workload by 65%.
- Formulated solutions to automate multiple email inboxes to take relevant actions on emails from users regarding their healthcare queries, and direct them to a counselor in case of human interaction.
