because every time I see a post like that, it’s the same pattern: the person making the claim is also selling the “do-it-all” AI agent.

• I led multiple integrations and developed strategic initiatives to retain key employees and customers with a growth rate of 5% and a retention rate of 90%.
• I identified and spearheaded process improvement initiatives, including redesigning an onboarding process for merged companies, developing clear go-to-market strategies within new markets, and benchmarking against competitors in new regions.

Hormel Foods

I was promoted to run a 9-state territory for a major producer and marketer of food products for store shelves and ingredients for food services with the goal of expanding our customer base and achieving sales quotas, managing four distributor accounts. I created four distinct regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives. I supported and influenced 50 sales representatives representing multiple brands from four hubs. I evaluated hub and individual performances and reported on regional sales results. I forecasted quarterly and annual profits and prepared and reviewed budgets for my area of responsibility. I analyzed regional market trends and discovered new opportunities for growth. I suggested new services or products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
• I continued to sell direct to clients at the most senior decisionmaker level or for vendor approval.

Territory Manager, Sales & Marketing

I traveled through my assigned territory to call on existing and prospective customers to maintain and seek growth opportunities. I managed customer-business relationships, including credits, lost business, growth, and deployment of Hormel resources. Saint Cloud State University Brand Ambassador charged with building campus and community awareness for Red Bull. 

 Partnered with student organizations at SCSU to plan and execute a variety of affinity marketing events.

HuskyTech at St.Cloud State University

I created the marketing department and formal sales training program for the floor, tech, and services staff for a $1M independent retailer and one-stop center for technical assistance, training, services, and products for the campus community. I hired the initial marketing team, including two Store Managers, a Marketing Lead, and Graphic Designer. I developed marketing strategies for new products and organized promotional events. I reviewed marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developed solutions within budget constraints.
