If you actually want results and a full pipeline, here’s what works -

Some real-world tips to send cold emails at scale (without killing deliverability):

1. Scale horizontally. Have multiple sender accounts - not one hero inbox doing all the work.

2. Max 30 emails/day per inbox. Keeps your reputation clean.

3. Max 4 inboxes per domain. Beyond that, you’re asking for trouble.

4. Separate tenants for every domain. Isolation protects your entire setup.

5. SPF, DKIM, DMARC - mandatory. Don’t skip them.

Start small. 

Do a proper 2-week warm-up. Keep automated warm-up running through tools like Sparkle.io.

When deliverability drops - don’t panic.

Run an inbox placement test, pause, swap inboxes, and do manual warm-ups if needed. Log in, send real emails, get replies, and rebuild trust.
