- Manages the onboarding process for all US and Canada hires including creating offer documents, administering and managing the background check process, onboarding paperwork, and I-9 process (approximately 30-50 new hires per month)
- Reviews and ensures the accuracy of onboarding information forwarded to payroll for entry into the HRIS system, Ceridian Dayforce
- Enters job requisition information for all new positions and replacements into the online applicant tracking system: Avature 
- Maintains recruiting files and records for Human Resources
- Creates, analyzes and distributes reports like weekly new hire reports and other reports that assist with the recruiting and HR function
- Creates content via Canva and helps brainstorm ideas for talent branding efforts for company LinkedIn page

Human Resources Recruiting Specialist

- Managed sourcing and recruiting while working internally at Roku for Content, Programming, Finance/Analytics, Strategy, and Digital Media roles
- Utilized tools such as: Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn, HireEZ, Linkedin Recruiter, and Indeed
- Heavily involved in the DEI committees and leader of Women’s ERG, planned and executed 2 webinars
- Hosted weekly show on Linkedin to provide tips and resources to candidates
- Founded and led mental health in the workplace ERG

Recruitment Consultant, OnDemand Practice

Life Line Screening

- Manage full cycle recruitment for Call Center- Sales Representative roles 
- Process offer letters, background checks, referrals through JazzHR
- Manage sourcing for Call Center program utilizing Indeed and Ziprecruiter
- Train new Talent Acquisition Partners on processes such as sourcing/screening, processing offers, and how to utilize JazzHR
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams to schedule interviews, communicate with hiring managers, and teammates

Talent Acquisition Partner

Takeda

- Manage sourcing for MT Programs utilizing Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter to create pipeline of candidates
- Train new contractors on processes such as processing offer letters, sourcing, and posting on external job sites
- Manage external and internal job postings to ensure candidate flow
- Responsible for the recruitment process for the MT program which includes sourcing, working with hiring managers, and interviewing candidates - sourced through 600+ candidates between October 2020-December 2020
- Process sign on bonuses, referrals, relocations, and other various task through Workday system
- Responsible for scheduling corporate interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience

Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract

- Conducted a bi-weekly onsite New Hire Orientation and Remote Orientation
- Supported 5+ recruiters by scheduling candidate interviews through iCIMS, administering assessments through SHL, and acting as direct contact through the interview and onboarding process
- Was Responsible for Onboarding all North America hires at UL; Onboarding includes administering background checks, work authorization verification, and necessary new hire paperwork
- Administered all background checks & work authorization for NA hires using third party system SterlingBackcheck
- Conducted weekly audits of Compliance, Work Authorizations/Immigration, external/internal TA content
- Performed Internal Transfers, New Hires, and data corrections in Oracle
- Led a Diversity & Inclusion project for North America hiring efforts
(role eliminated due to company wide layoff because of COVID)

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Sears

- Performed human resource transactions such as terminations, pay changes, data corrections, position
changes and people tree changes and followed up to ensure each transaction entered in PeopleSoft was
captured in the system correctly
- Performed data gathering for HR Director such as compensation analysis and requisition status
- Created an excel sheet to track all requisitions (50+) and updated weekly regarding information such as potential candidates, scheduled phone screens, and interviews
- Coded 100+ new departments using Excel for new location to ensure payroll accuracy for these
associates
- Acted as the point of contact for associates and managers with HR questions and concerns
- Conducted the exit process for associates and performed exit interviews with 50+ associates
- Managed a hiring event including scheduling interviews and phone screening applicants
- Assisted with layoff preparation and day of events such as assisting termed associates with questions,
distributing benefits information, and taking part in the conversations
- Completed onboarding I-9 verification for new hires and answered any benefits questions
- Organized multiple HR round tables with CHRO, scribed each round table, analyzed the data collected
and created a plan of action to improve the HR department
(role eliminated due to company wide layoff because of financial state of company)
