I lead talent marketing and building the employer brand for Cloud Software Group, the parent company of Citrix, Tibco, NetScaler, ShareFile, and several other awesome enterprise cloud enablers. I defined the brand direction and tell stories about the people behind our products, the work culture, and our ways of working.

Talent Marketing and Employer Brand Lead

Citrix

Working with amazing technologists and People-team professionals to foster and evolve the employer brand and talent attraction assets. Creative and effective storytelling of the great work being done by the people of Citrix, the company culture, and how decisions are made in each time. Highlighting principles, recruitment content, and the “Why Citrix” message. Building a roadmap of campaigns to support the TA team and drive engagement.

TA Attraction Project Manager

Rivian

Led integrated social, content, and channel programs for Rivian employer brand and talent marketing during the hypergrowth stage: employee base surging from 1,500 to over 12,000. Focused on supporting Talent Acquisition and sharing stories of the people behind Rivian products.
•	Defined employer value proposition (EVP) and brand messaging framework, with content development playbook.
•	Owned reputation management program: recognized as Glassdoor’s #20 “Best Places to Work” in 2022.
•	Consistent content publication cadence, driving relevant application volume and increasing LinkedIn followers 400%+ over 18 months.
•	Led Google PPC campaign and paid social to reach candidates with niche skills: strong incremental attribution to relevant application volume.
•	Defined new career site content to reflect updated EVP and employer brand, function as an owned channel for publishing content, and include essential diversity and belonging messages.
•	Developed ‘TA support’ tools for recruiters and sourcers. Authored stories that demonstrate culture and values.

Employment Marketing Sr. Lead Program Manager

Molson Coors Beverage Company

Accountable for managing strategic and operational initiatives for Molson Coors’ kombucha brand: Clearly Kombucha.  I helped the amazing team operate at peak performance.  I developed and ran new strategic programs, collaborated with sales and operations leadership to design, implement, and evolve key business operations.
•	Focused on driving growth by defining a clear vision, the corresponding strategy, and action plan to bring the vision to life.  I helped enable the team to achieve great things.
•	Developed and drove the go-to-market plan for new products and line expansions: everything it take to launch a new beverage or line extension into distributors and retail
•	Led geographic expansion, in North America and key international markets
•	Supported the business needs of our value chain partners (distributors, retailers, suppliers)

Also accountable for evolving the Clearly Kombucha brand strategy and defining marketing priorities. Kombucha is the ancient “tea of immortality”, first brewed in 220 BC, widely known to help improve health and wellness.  And it has a reputation for not being the most approachable beverage.  Clearly Kombucha is the first truly authentic kombucha that is widely recognized as tasting amazing.  Telling that story, and making the brand vision come to life, was my core responsibility.

•	Aligned marketing with the overall company strategy, to tell the Clearly Kombucha story, communicate value, and position the product in the mind of consumers
•	Evaluated the needs and desires of our consumers, gave them a voice into product development and the brand evolution
•	Managed the integrated, consistent communication program across all touch points (packaging design, labels, point of purchase displays, brand ambassadors, marketing, social media, promotions, PR, tradeshows, etc.)
•	Drove constant and measurable improvement in efficiency, employee satisfaction, and consumer delight

Director of Strategic Programs & Marketing, Clearly Kombucha

Envision Business Consulting

I partnered with business leaders to define strategy and develop plans for business transformations, evolutions to an improved way of working that leverage processes and systems to create consistency, delight, and improved metrics.  A key objective is to quantify the impacts of the transformation to a business, considering each client’s unique needs and environment.  Creating positive organizational culture, develop trust and key relationships, and create meaningful results.

•  Accountable for the integration of a high volume sales office from a legacy company: digital integration of finance and sales functions, IT service updates for every employee, migration of HR and accounting systems.
•  Led a business transformation to redefine the technology support structure and processes for a high volume solutions and support organization. Engaged with the CIO to define new ways of working, update organizational structures, and enable change through the organization.
•  Owned program management for the most amazing new beverage on the planet: Clearly Kombucha. Updated processes, clarified priorities, and enabled an amazing team to do continue to do great work, with less turbulence and more clarity.

Director - Business Technology Enablement

Manage consultants across projects, define deliverable strategies, manage their client relationships, and ensure our team is creating great value for the clients and great experiences for their customers.

Focused on building and leading new initiatives that change the world for the better:
•	Program owner for eBay Local marketing, a business model pilot ($20M+ investment) designed to get consumers engaged with their local economies and give local retailers all the powers of a global ecommerce giant.
•	Built a program to give consumers more access to products from enterprise retailers (think Target, Best Buy, Toys R Us).  Worked with an amazing cross-functional team at eBay and the retailers to triple holiday sales.
•	Owned the beta program for the first large bank API platform.  This is the start of transforming banking and putting consumers in the driver’s seat.  I collected thousands of data points from developers and entrepreneurs to identify trends, create insights, and help drive the innovation.

Improving team operations:
•	Creating a new PMO to optimize resource spend on in-flight projects and increase productivity.
•	Streamlining annual planning and budgeting.
•	Designing new analytics dashboards to better understand and communicate the metrics behind the business.
•	Building new HR process to ramp up team capabilities and create onboarding programs that engage new employees.

I built my career in management consulting.  Consulting is about being able to quickly understand a business problem and bring excessive amounts of experience, creativity, and data to solve that problem.

A typical project involves exceeding the expectations of senior business clients, ramping up quickly, creating strategies to solve the big problems, creating definitive plans that are actionable and flexible, managing to the plan, coaching the project team to perform like rockstars, and transitioning a superior deliverable so the client can make the work part of their run business.  All of that leads to positive OUTCOMES for the client.

I bridge the gaps in communication and action across silos and industries:
•	Program Management: This is my key core competency on every project.  Whether it’s in technology, commerce, telcom, or finance, managing the program, keeping things moving in the right direction, and keeping the communication flowing, is job one.
•	Business Transformation: I understand the business, then design new processes that will make it faster, cheaper, and better.  Then work with a technology team to build the tech that enables those processes.  I’ve done this at Microsoft ($460M of ROI in two years), eBay, and T-Mobile.
•	Product Management: Being a product owner is about enabling the business with software.  Feature design is always determined by business goals and process. When I act as a product manager, adoption and change management play significant roles.
•	Service Delivery: Keeping activity on track by connecting the dots and being the one that drives the tough issues to resolution is the key to great service delivery.  I led deploying new agent processes for the simultaneous launches Windows and MS Office.
•	Executive Facilitation: Great leaders, thinkers, and strategists sometimes need thought partners. I walk leaders through a process to get to the ah-ha! moments that turn into a 5-year roadmap.

I am passionate about creating systems and best practices to foster amazing work environments and cultures that are loved by employees. Where they feel included and where they can thrive. Then sharing those stories externally – reaching potential candidates with high-demand skills, so they can see themselves working here. It goes beyond marketing or branding alone. It’s Talent Engagement.

Talent Engagement starts with an approach similar to building products. We define an ideal workplace and culture, write user-stores that describe the people-centric-features, and work with product teams (in this case, people-teams) to implement each people-feature, get feedback from employees and candidates, and iterate: team culture, decision-making structures, health benefits, perks, company policies, learning & development, onboarding, referral programs, etc. Just as a marketing team would then evangelize product feature and benefits, the recruitment marketing team creates assets that promote the people-features, the culture that helped make them possible, and the benefits to employees.

Talent Engagement marketing has four pillars:
•Build the Employer Brand: Define a strong and well-received EVP. Create content, through storytelling, that describe the authentic culture and philosophies of the company. Share them through owned and organic channels. Organize brand-building event presence. 
•Fill the Funnel: Create marketing opportunities (hyper-targeted paid channels, events, referrals, etc.) to create relevant application volume.
•Support TA: Build assets for recruiters and sourcers that are on-brand, speak to the EVP, and give members of TA scale and leverage. Things like reach-out templates, improved job descriptions, photo assets, employee quotes and testimonials, team leader interviews. Every question we answer proactively is more time sourcers/recruiters have to identify and attract great new talent.
•Increase the Value of the Database: Recruiters have already done a ton of work, spent many hours, vetting candidates that end up being silver or bronze medalists. We must build content and processes to continue to engage with those great candidates. Create nurture campaigns to continue to build those professional relationships and be ready when they’re ready for the next opportunity.
