I founded Cycling On Purpose after dealing with my own mental health challenges over the past year and a half and finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel when I found purpose in my life.

I didn't want to work at a large agency after being a number on a spreadsheet at Fortune 500 companies, so I decided to resign and continue to build RainierDigital.

I'm the founder of Rainier RevOps, a solo RevOps consultancy and HubSpot Platinum Partner helping SMBs — especially staffing and recruiting firms — clean up their data, streamline systems, and drive real revenue growth. I'm also the founder of Cycling On Purpose, a nonprofit focused on youth mental health.
