I’ve spent over 20 years successfully selling SaaS and online payment solutions to utilities and local governments. It’s one of the most challenging sales environments because the B2B methods we all learn--Gap Selling, The Challenger Sale, MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, etc.--often don’t produce repeatable results.

This is a notoriously risk-averse marketplace, where decision-makers are more inclined to do nothing than to make any changes in the software they use.

I’ve developed a proven sales process that builds a territory from scratch, engages the right prospects, gets them to see the value of the solutions I’m selling, involves all relevant buying influencers, and gets contracts signed.

I’ve managed high-performing sales teams and implemented structured, repeatable sales processes that produce measurable results.

I co-founded a bootstrapped startup called American Conservation & Billing Solutions (AmCoBi), where I led the development, marketing, and sales of AquaHawk, a water usage portal and leak detection system, now used by more than 100 utilities.

I’ve also led the marketing function at two companies, developing the action plans and all supporting content--websites, datasheets, case studies, articles, social media posts, and more--to hepl the sales teams succeed.

Outside of business, I’m a former elite Judo competitor: Olympic Team alternate, two-time World Team member, and five-time U.S. National Champion. 

I’ve coached athletes at all levels, from beginner white belts to Olympians, and I bring that same mindset to coaching salespeople and building teams that win.
