As Chef Planet I guide organizations from a bird's eye view in the process towards a future-proof and regenerative organization that makes a positive environmental, economic and social impact.

With in-depth knowledge, available tools and practical experience, I guide organizations to make sustainability an integral part of their strategy, culture and processes. The foundation of my work is based on systems thinking, nudging theory and sustainable business models.

Every organization is different and it always involves customization. On the route to sustainable business operations, we formulate green ambitions, make a quick scan of your current impact, draw up an action plan, monitor your impact and scale up those solutions that really make the difference.

East Coast Car Rentals is one of the largest independent car hire providers in Australia and my responsibilities included contract management, drafting damage reports and driving the Courtesy Coach bus.

The Van den Berg Group, operated by relatives of mine, is a farm with approximately 1200 dairy cows and several hectares of crops. I was responsible for day-to-day operations.

Hello Fresh is a weekly meal delivery service and I was responsible for door-to-door acquisition of new customers.

The Onesieclub offered qualitatively excellent onesies, easily to order through a orderly webshop. Our goal was to get the whole country in to these suits. Why? Because onesies are awesome. We partly succeeded and finalised our business due to next endeavours and long term travelling.

Sportsubsidie.nl is het enige subsidieadviesbureau dat is gespecialiseerd in sport en vrije tijd. Ben Moonen adviseert en ondersteunt opdrachtgevers bij het ontwikkelen van maatschappelijke en innovatieve projecten en het verwerven van subsidiegelden en fondsbijdragen.

De BSNC geeft ruimte aan Sport en Bewegen
Dat doet de BSNC door regelmatig bijeenkomsten en congressen te organiseren en door op te treden als gesprekspartner naar overheden, sportbonden en andere instellingen. De BSNC wil actief nieuwe ontwikkelingen initiëren en stimuleren, onder andere door het (laten) uitvoeren van onderzoek en het bevorderen van normering en certificering van buitensportvloeren en -terreinen.

De branchevereniging is een organisatie voor en door leden. Alleen door de inzet van onze leden zijn we in staat om onze ambities waar te maken.

Op 1 mei 2003 heeft Ben Moonen het adviesbureau Sportsubsidie.nl opgericht. Wat ons raakt is dat we de sport kunnen inzetten om maatschappelijke impact te realiseren. Samen met onze opdrachtgevers ontwikkelen we maatschappelijke sportprojecten of helpen we sportbedrijven te innoveren. Sportsubsidie.nl. verzorgt subsidie- en beleidsadvies voor gemeenten, sportorganisaties, bedrijven en andere partijen binnen de sportsector. We maken daarbij gebruik van subsidies op regionaal, landelijk en Europees niveau en ook de beschikbare fondsen.

Sportsubsidie.nl wil opdrachtgevers met raad en daad bijstaan bij het realiseren van hun ambities. Daartoe adviseert en begeleidt zij opdrachtgevers bij het zoeken en vinden van subsidies en fondsen. Momenteel hebben we veel aandacht voor de BOSA-regeling en Erasmus+. 
Binnen Sportsubsidie.nl zijn inmiddels 4 subsidieadviseurs actief. Op basis van no cure, no pay ondersteunen ze sportorganisaties en productie-MKB bij de verwerving van subsidies. Naast fondsen, provinciale en landelijke subsidies maken we steeds meer gebruik van de Europese subsidiemogelijkheden.

Specialismen: Sportsubsidie.nl is het enige subsidiebureau in Nederland dat zich heeft gespecialiseerd in de sportsector. Als specialist in subsidieadvies ondersteunt zij opdrachtgevers bij het vinden en benutten van subsidies. Moonen kent de weg in subsidieland en kan het hele traject, van initiatief tot realisatie, verzorgen.
