As Chef Planet I guide organizations from a bird's eye view in the process towards a future-proof and regenerative organization that makes a positive environmental, economic and social impact.

With in-depth knowledge, available tools and practical experience, I guide organizations to make sustainability an integral part of their strategy, culture and processes. The foundation of my work is based on systems thinking, nudging theory and sustainable business models.

The Van den Berg Group, operated by relatives of mine, is a farm with approximately 1200 dairy cows and several hectares of crops. I was responsible for day-to-day operations.

Hello Fresh is a weekly meal delivery service and I was responsible for door-to-door acquisition of new customers.

Als Business Consultant bij Bizzomate acteerde ik in verschillende rollen binnen Business en IT agility trajecten bij onze klanten, met als doel het maximeren van business waarde voor de organisatie, d.m.v. product owner coaching, het creëren van inzicht in processen, beslisregels en terminologie; ter discussie stellen van aannames en het gebruik van empirische procesbewaking (agile methodes).

Daarnaast werkte ik als een van de eerste medewerkers aan de ontwikkeling van Bizzomate van start-up naar scale-up.

As a Business Consultant I implement decision models using our Avola Decision-as-a-Service platform for our customers in all kinds of area's: regulations by law, collective labour agreements, insurance conditions, etc.

As a trainer I teach decision modeling using DMN and the use of the Avola platform.

PNA Group

As a consultant with PNA Group I worked on the elicitation and the application of knowledge models (concept definitions, information/data, rules and processes) for a wide variety of uses (requirements, product models, terms and conditions, customer interaction). Mainly in customer projects, where I also played a supporting role for project management by organising and leading workshops, drafting planning proposals and involving the right people.

Next to that I played a supporting role in (pre-)sales activities such as prospect meetings and drafting tenders.

Last but not least I researched (the use of) decision models and the further development of the CogNIAM methodology.
