Als Kwartiermaker: Met twee mede-kwartiermakers de organisatie van koepelvereniging Energie Samen Noord-Holland vormgeven om daarmee de gewenste impact te kunnen realiseren. Mijn focus lag hierbij op interne governance, organisatie ontwikkeling en kennis ontwikkelen en delen.

Als project medewerker en onderzoeker: Diensten ontwikkelen om energiegemeenschappen in de provincie Noord-Holland te ondersteunen.
Mijn focus ligt in 2023-2024 op
* het versterken van de actieve leden enerzijds met ondersteuning bij de werving van nieuwe actieve leden en anderzijds met ondersteuning om de bestaande actieve leden goed uitgerust te krijgen en houden voor hun activiteiten en verantwoordelijkheden en daarmee gemotiveerd te houden.
* onderzoek naar versterking van de impact van energiecoaches bij energiecoöperaties.
* Coördinator van ESNH bij de Participatie Coalitie Noord-Holland: Energiegemeenschappen en gemeenten in Noord-Holland ondersteunen om gezamenlijk de RES (= Regionale Energie Strategie) doelen te halen door middel van kennissessies, concrete ondersteuning om het beleid en de uitvoering van lokaal eigendom mogelijk te maken., etc. In nauwe samenwerking met de Natuur en Milieu Federatie Noord Holland (MNH) en ondersteund door de PRvincie Noord-Holland.

Wij zorgen ervoor dat lokale initiatieven en eigenaren van grote gebouwen grote PV-installaties kunnen realiseren en zo lokaal zonnestroom kunnen opwekken.
We ondersteunen lokale initiatieven / energiecoöperaties om gezamenlijk grote PV-installaties te realiseren, zodat buurtgenoten met elkaar hernieuwbare energie kunnen opwekken op een pand in de buurt. Zij worden dus eigenaar van die installaties.

Deze activiteit draagt niet alleen bij aan de energietransitie in Haarlem en Kennemerland, maar het versterkt ook de sociale cohesie en vormt vaak de basis voor de warmtetransitie.

Ik ben een van de oprichters van deze organisatie en tevens bestuurslid. 
Ik heb samen met de voorzitter de website ontwikkeld en ik onderhoud deze ook. Ik ontwikkel met de voorzitter alle communicatie plannen en verzorg de uitwerking ervan.
Ik ben de projectleider van verschillende (collectieve) zonnestroominstallaties, waaronder die op zorgcentrum KDC Rozemarijn, bij sportvereniging R.K.S.V. Onze Gezellen, en op het Mendelcollege. 
Ik ben de relatiemanager met onder meer de gemeente en de politiek in Haarlem en Velsen, met de regionale energiecoöperaties en andere belanghebbenden zoals woningbouwverenigingen en de Schooldakrevolutie.

Sustainability Professional with focus on large and midcap listed companies

Responsible for the first half of the AGM research season 2014 of VBDO: The aim was to increase the impact of the members of the VBDO by ensuring good quality questions and debates in the 50+ shareholdermeetings of listed companies that were visited by the VBDO.
Not only did I manage this project, but also I delivered additional contributions: 
* Improved the quality by introducing Sector Commissions, 
* Improved the quality by publishing online guides introducing the four themes of the VBDO for this year: Human Rights, Responsible Tax, Circular Economy and True Price or Environmental/Social Profit and Loss Account (EP&L). 
* Solid foundation for Procedure Handbook of this yearly project
* Introduced feedback loops for the volunteers involved
* Prepared overall report of this AGM season.
* Engagement conversations with Board members, IR- and CSR Managers of listed companies on behalve of the members of the VBDO and specific investors

Spinner van Cirkelstad Haarlem Kennemerland: Ik identificeer en creeer mogelijkheden voor het gezamenlijk ontwikkelen van circulaire oplossingen met lokale en regionale partners, door hun inzichten en tools te delen met de andere partners in het landelijke netwerk van Cirkelstad, door hen in contact te brengen met relevante andere partners, Zo werken wij aan een regio zonder afval en zonder uitval. .

Ik geef lezingen en gastcolleges over de dagelijkse praktijk van circulaire business modellen en de theorie die daaraan ten grondslag ligt.  Ik draag inhoudelijk bij aan publikaties over deze onderwerpen en praktijken. Ik organiseer in samenwerking met mijn co-spinners Communities of Practice, waarmee we onze partners ondersteunen met hun circulaire vraagstukken. 

* Ik heb als expert op het gebied van circulaire business modellen bijgedragen aan de Greenpaper  'Opschaling noodzakelijk voor circulair verdienmodel; greenpaper circulaire verdienmodellen' in 2019

Het overkoepelende doel van deze enegriecoöperatie is om de sociale cohesie te vesterken in de buurt door activiteiten met de buren te ontwikkelen. Het eerste tastbare resultaat bestaat uit twee grote PV-installaties die zonnestroom opwekken op een groot dak in de buurt. Deze installaties zijn in eigendom van de leden van de coöperatie en staan op een dak van een groot bedrijf en van een gebouw van de gemeente Haarlem. 
Mijn rol was secretaris van het bestuur; ik heb het communicatieplan ontwikkeld en het plan voor het werven van leden. Ik heb de website haarlemnoorderlicht.nl mede-ontwikkeld en de content uitgewerkt. Ik heb de administratieve processen in relatie tot de leden van de coöperatie uitgedacht.
In 2018 was ik tijdelijk ook penningmeester,

Resultaten: 
Sinds september 2016 wekken 272 PV-panelen zonnestroom op voor 40 huishoudens op het bedrijf Prins Staal Trade & Processing; 
Sinds oktober 2017 wekken 226 PV-panelen zonnestroom op voor 33 huishoudens en bedrijven op Het Hoofdkantoor van de gemeente Haarlem op het bedrijventerrein de Waarderpolder. 
Haarlem Noorderlicht was samen met Prins Staal Trade&Processing in 2017 genomineerd voor De Groene Mug Bokaal in Haarlem, een officiele erkenning voor de meest duurzame onderneming in Haarlem.
