As Chef Planet I guide organizations from a bird's eye view in the process towards a future-proof and regenerative organization that makes a positive environmental, economic and social impact.

With in-depth knowledge, available tools and practical experience, I guide organizations to make sustainability an integral part of their strategy, culture and processes. The foundation of my work is based on systems thinking, nudging theory and sustainable business models.

Every organization is different and it always involves customization. On the route to sustainable business operations, we formulate green ambitions, make a quick scan of your current impact, draw up an action plan, monitor your impact and scale up those solutions that really make the difference.

East Coast Car Rentals is one of the largest independent car hire providers in Australia and my responsibilities included contract management, drafting damage reports and driving the Courtesy Coach bus. 
➥ Farm Hand @ The Van den Berg Group - Katamatite (02/2017 - 03/2017) 
The Van den Berg Group, operated by relatives of mine, is a farm with approximately 1200 dairy cows and several hectares of crops. I was responsible for day-to-day operations.

Hello Fresh is a weekly meal delivery service and I was responsible for door-to-door acquisition of new customers.

The Onesieclub offered qualitatively excellent onesies, easily to order through a orderly webshop. Our goal was to get the whole country in to these suits. Why? Because onesies are awesome. We partly succeeded and finalised our business due to next endeavours and long term travelling.

Onderdeel van het SPIL platform en overleg met leiders in de sector op het gebied van maatschappelijke verantwoord beleggen door pensioenfondsen.

Als extern lid van de beleggingsadviescommissie (BAC) adviseer ik de BAC over de te adviseren besluiten richting het bestuur. Binnen de BAC kijk ik mee op alle stukken maar is mijn aandachtsgebied MVB en generatie-effecten. Daarnaast ben ik ook lid van de interne MVB werkroep en betrokken bij de ESG risico integratie.

Als onderdeel van de PensioenLab academie heb ik een jaar lang 1 dag per week stage gelopen bij het bestuur van APF Stap. Als trainee bestuurder was ik aanwezig bij de bestuursvergaderingen en verschillende commissies binnen het fonds. Tijdens de bestuursstage heb ik geleerd over pensioenbesturen in de praktijk en kon ik toepassen wat we leren in de masterclasses en de SPO/Nyenrode opleiding geschiktheidsniveau A.

JIIP is hét netwerk voor jongeren (<35 jaar) werkzaam in de pensioensector. Sinds de oprichting in 2022, gesteund door de Pensioenfederatie, verbinden we jongeren met elkaar en met de sector middels events en het bouwen van een netwerk.

Netwerk 2100 is an initiative for new leadership for broad GDP (including social and natural capital). Since the beginnen I'm part of the executive team, co-chair fo the network and a member of the committee.
In addition I was the responsible for the first edition of our 'Impact fall school' as a freelance projectlead.

Aandeelhouders van de Toekomst (Shareholders of the future) consists of 6 national youth organisations. I founded the initiative while I was president of Studenten voor Morgen. With AdvT young people and future generations have a voice to speak out against unsustainable investments by institutional investors for the first time. The first campaign concerning ABP can be found on the website.

I'm Nikki Trip and I'm passionate about broad GDP (including social and natural capital), higher education, youth participation and representation and (sustainable) pensions. I contribute to these causes by participating in think tanks, public speaking, (freelance) project management and (non-exec) board positions. Besides all this I'm rounding up my Master Global Business & Sustainability at the Erasmus University. That green and fair future needs to become a reality, and I will be dedicated to this with everything that I do.
