As a social wellness platform, PACE brings together mental health professionals and diverse people from all over the world for weekly conversations that dive deep and reveal the sort of lessons and perspectives that allow people to craft meaningful lives and relationships.

As part of the team at Outco, I coached the next generation of Silicon Valley standouts as they upgraded through various transitions in their lives and careers. Specializing in developing self-worth and clarifying career goals, I supplied my cohorts with the coaching that not only created significant career advancement in their lives but total life fulfillment that balanced work, relationships, and authenticity. With Outco I also led lectures for large groups of students giving them insight on the importance of authentic confidence and how to build it in their lives.

As the lead director/producer at Jubilee Media I developed and led projects that generated well over 200 million views and the biggest increase in subscriber history. With the clear mission of developing thought-provoking and empathy-generating content, I was able to take my own experiences as a curious and thoughtful human and turn them into shows and social experiments that sparked conversation and brought people together across the world. My most successful shows were highlighted in YouTube's "Creators for Change" program and were used in curriculum at top tier universities across the United states.

At the Hive Studios, a production company known for cinematic aesthetic and socially conscious content, Imari was an integral part of the creative process. As a jack-of-all-trades Assistant Director he worked directly with the Creative Director, brainstorming concepts, pitching to Fortune 100 clients, directing on-screen talent, and providing camera support. Other essential roles included Grip/Electric Work, Camera Operation, and Social Media Strategy.

When I was 19 I formed my first company, ‘SurvivingChild Media’. Through it, I produced and directed content for clients across the country that championed underrepresented and ideas and messages that needed to be heard. Under this banner I also founded the MOVell Film Festival, designed to provide emerging filmmakers that produce socially timely content, the recognition and resources to have their voices heard.

I've spoken in front of thousands of people from Canada to Kazakhstan, shared stages with Oscar winners, Emmy nominees, and some of the most respected thought leaders of our time. But more than any accomplishment, I want to be a living example of that which I preach: The possibilities that are available when you become aware of who you are and take ownership of who you can become.
