Something interesting happens when we run our leadership communication courses.

We call that moment the Golden Thread Moment. Here’s why:

We’ll be sitting together in a session or office hours, talking through someone’s background.

Childhood.

Career twists.

The parts they usually gloss over because they don’t seem relevant.

And then there’s a pause.

You can feel it.

We’ve named it the Golden Thread Moment.

It’s the through-line that connects who you were early on… to what drives you now.

The pattern that’s been showing up again and again, even when life looked messy or unplanned.

Once people see it, FEEL it, something amazing happens.

Their story stops feeling random.

Their work starts making sense.

And their motivation deepens.

Sometimes the Golden Thread Moment makes everyone cry because they are so inspired. 

Here’s the part that still surprises me, even thiough I know better by now: 

We’ve never worked with anyone who didn’t have one.

Even people who swear their life has been a zigzag of wrong turns and pivots.

It’s always there.

And when someone understands that thread, their communication changes.

- They connect more naturally.
- They lead with conviction instead of effort.

The National Centre for Physics has been established to promote research in Physics and applied disciplines in the country and the region. NCP will evolve into a center of excellence in the field of Physics and related emerging disciplines on the lines of Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (AS-ICTP), Trieste, Italy.
Our project was sponsored by NCP. Here are the details:

Final Year Project (September 2018 to June 2019)

1.        Fabrication and testing of Aluminium-based Fiber Metal Laminates (FML’s).
2.	Fabrication and of specimens according to ASTM standards.
3.	Design of specimens on ANSYS.
4.	Testing of specimens.
5.	Publication of paper.

Undergraduate Research Assistant

NDC (National Development Complex) - NESCOM (National Engineering & Scientific Commission)

National Defence Complex, also known as National Development Complex, National Development Centre, is a Pakistani state-owned defence and aerospace contractor which is a division under the National Engineering and Scientific Commission. 

My key responsibilities are as follows:

1. Heat transfer study, design and analysis of Aluminum Pressure Vessel (Core).

2. The study is conducted to verify whether which mode of heat transfer has a greater capacity to affect 
    the pressure vessel from all three modes of heat transfer i.e. Conduction, Convection and Radiation. 

3. After the design in SolidWorks, the STEP file is subjected to ANSYS (Transient Thermal Analysis) and it 
    is concluded that Radiation has highest effect on the Pressure Vessel or Aluminum Core.
