Hi, I’m John.

I'm a Freelance Creative Producer working primarily in advertising, communications and fashion both for Motion and Stills Production.

My role is supporting production companies, agencies (either networks or independents) and freelance Directors or Photographers bring projects to life. 

That's either because you've a project that requires more experience of what your in-house team is ready for, or because the current workload is too much and you need external support.

My motto:
Great production makes the client, agency and crew feel confident ahead of the shoot day, calm throughout and excited after.

On the side, I create content online aiming to help junior people learn, mid level people reflect, and senior people resonate. 

Over time I've gathered a small audience which is beautiful to see as I knew no one when I first moved to the UK from Greece with zero experience but a fire in my soul to make this beautiful job my career.

What an incredible role this has been over the past few years. An all-encompassing position where I have developed extensive skills across a diverse range of marketing and generic business disciplines. In brief, these are the key aspects of my time at IDEAL OF SWEDEN:

New Affiliate platforms: Responsible for finding new Affiliate platforms by developing external relationships and building networks; cascading weekly progress reports to identify plans and modify tactics.

Leadership: Lead, inspire, motivate and train my influencer team, brainstorming new ideas to drive brand expansion through the Affiliates’ Influencer marketing platforms, such as Brandbassador, Impact and DIPI.

Performance analysis: Analysing monthly performance based on campaign launches and month on month/ year on year results, assessing key drivers (revenue, COS, AOV, new customers and No of collaborations); and trends to emulate successful tactics for future campaigns.

External partner relations: Attending regular external partner meetings to develop and integrate new ideas and relationships, working together to innovate different marketing activities and improve existing tactics.

Lead of Influencer Marketing, Affiliates & Partnerships

Social media influencer: Managing and optimising paid collaborations through social media channels.

Campaign management: Designing end-to end campaigns with an average monthly budget of €20K, consistently achieving less than 50% COS/month.

Google Analytics: Confident use of analytical platforms, evaluating figures to improve strategy and analyse market trends to modify campaigns to meet user needs and maximise brand impact. 

Supervisor of Interns position: Single-handedly designing and evolving the role of Supervisor of Interns as a new business initiative. Took the lead to recruit, train and supervise interns to create the next generation of professionals in the business.

- Streamlined the internship process, onboarding 25 interns with full accountability.
- Received recognition as nominee 'Star of the Season 2020' and awarded as 'Team Player for Q1 2021'
